生态现代化研究

【摘要】：现代化是人类孜孜以求的共同理想。步入21世纪,我国现代化进程取得了巨大的经济成就,然而自然环境质量却日益下降。人与自然的矛盾越来越尖锐、自然环境与经济发展之间的问题越来越突出,实现自然环境与经济协调发展对于我国生态危机的缓解以及"中国梦"的实现均具有积极的促进作用。马克思曾指出现代化是人类社会发展的必然现象。现代化固然带来了物质的丰硕、民主的推进、精神的自由,但它所付出的生态代价也超过了历史的总和。实现世界现代化的生态转向是引领我们摆脱现代化生态困境的重要途径。"生态现代化"是现代化进程的一个关键领域,是协调人与自然环境关系的一种新思路和新方法。生态现代化理论的核心即是把"生态化"与"现代化"结合起来,以发挥生态优势促进现代化进程,打开环境保护与经济发展双赢的新局面,对我国社会建设生态文明具有可观的借鉴价值。在历史唯物主义的指导下,本文分四章进行论述:引言部分阐述了在现代化浪潮中,对生态现代化理论进行深入研究的理论意义和现实意义、该论题在国内外的研究现状以及本文的研究方法等。第二章对现代化范畴进行梳理,明确了现代化的基本内涵,分析理解马克思恩格斯有关现代化的论述,在理论上加强对现代化的理解。进而思考为何现代化进程会给自然环境带来毁灭性的破坏这一问题,并试图从马克思主义基本原理中寻找走出这一困境的方法论,从而为接下来对生态现代化理论的分析打下扎实基础。第三章为论文主要研究部分,从生态现代化理论的产生基础、发展历程、代表学说以及核心内容等方面入手,试图阐述笔者对发展中的生态现代化理论的理解和见解,最大限度呈现该理论所特有的生态愿景,并分析该理论在中国的适用性和局限性。第四章阐述我国生态文明建设的重要地位,尝试汲取生态现代化理论的精华,结合我国实际,从生产方式、生活方式、思维方式、制度保障四个方面为我国生态文明建设提出几点建议。
[Abstract]:Modernization is the common ideal of mankind. In the 21st century, China's modernization process has made great economic achievements, but the quality of natural environment is declining day by day. The contradiction between man and nature is becoming more and more acute, and the problems between natural environment and economic development are becoming more and more prominent. Realizing the harmonious development of natural environment and economy plays a positive role in the alleviation of ecological crisis and the realization of Chinese Dream. Marx pointed out that modernization is an inevitable phenomenon of the development of human society. Modernization brings material abundance, democratic advancement and spiritual freedom, but it also pays more ecological cost than the sum of history. To realize the ecological turn of world modernization is an important way to lead us out of the dilemma of modern ecology. "Ecological modernization" is a key area of modernization process and a new way of thinking and new method of coordinating the relationship between the natural environment and the world modernization. The core of the theory of ecological modernization is to combine "ecologicalization" with "modernization" in order to give full play to ecological advantages to promote the process of modernization and open up a new situation of win-win situation between environmental protection and economic development. It has considerable reference value for the construction of ecological civilization in China. Under the guidance of historical materialism, this paper is divided into four chapters: the introduction describes the theoretical and practical significance of the in-depth study of ecological modernization theory in the tide of modernization. The research status of this topic at home and abroad and the research methods of this paper. The second chapter combs the category of modernization, clarifies the basic connotation of modernization, analyzes and understands Marx and Engels' exposition on modernization, and strengthens the understanding of modernization in theory. And then consider why the modernization process will bring destructive damage to the natural environment, and try to find a methodology from the basic principles of Marxism to get out of this dilemma. Thus lay a solid foundation for the analysis of ecological modernization theory. The third chapter is the main research part of the thesis, starting with the foundation, the development course, the representative theory and the core content of the ecological modernization theory, the author tries to expound the author's understanding and opinion of the ecological modernization theory in the process of development. The ecological vision of the theory is presented to the maximum extent, and the applicability and limitation of the theory in China are analyzed. The fourth chapter expounds the important position of the construction of ecological civilization in our country, tries to absorb the essence of ecological modernization theory, combines the reality of our country, from the mode of production, the way of life, the mode of thinking, Four aspects of institutional protection for the construction of ecological civilization in China put forward several suggestions.
