治理结构与相互认知:帝国与周边关系的比较研究

【摘要】：日本学者认为,当人类处于历史活动空间的扩大和自我认同之间的矛盾特别激化时期,就会意识到帝国的存在,并开始讨论帝国的治理方式,因为人类历史上最为普遍而自然存在的国家形态是帝国。所以,他们通过考察沙俄帝国统治的弱化,来批判地认识当今世界的帝国要素,并通过双向反馈机制建立历史上的帝国和现今帝国的认知关系,得出了当前国际社会的主权民族国家体系和帝国式的体系同时并存、民主化和民主本身正处于世界性的转折点等结论。日本学者的帝国研究只是认知当前现实世界的一种视角,并非阐明世界的一种理想模式,但不管怎样,区域研究者首先需要掌握民族国家的限度和帝国存在悖论的特征。
[Abstract]:Japanese scholars believe that when the contradiction between the expansion of historical activity space and self-identity is particularly intensified, human beings will realize the existence of the empire and begin to discuss the way in which the empire is governed. Because the most common and natural form of state in human history is empire. Therefore, they critically understand the elements of the empire in today's world by examining the weakening of the rule of the Russian Empire, and establish the cognitive relationship between historical empires and modern empires through two-way feedback mechanism. It comes to the conclusion that the sovereign nation-state system and the imperial system of the international community coexist at the same time, and that democratization and democracy itself are at a turning point in the world. The imperial study of Japanese scholars is only a visual angle of cognition of the present real world and not an ideal mode of clarifying the world. However, the regional researchers need to grasp the limits of nation-state and the characteristics of the paradox of empire first.
