　　The duality and ambivalence of Trump’s Russia policy is the result of differences among US policy-makers on strategic interests and their perception of Russia. It is also deeply influenced by the structural contradictions and interactions between the two countries. There will be no "new Cold War" between the US and Russia, and "limited partnership" will be the new normal of the bilateral relationship in the 21 st century.
