【摘要】：软实力在和平与发展的时代主题下成为日益重要的国际竞争要素。提升文化软实力是增强国家整体软实力的重要途径,提高文化软实力具有重要的战略意义。它既能为我国对内的科学发展提供战略基础,又能为我国对外的和平发展提供战略环境。由于社会主义核心价值观在文化软实力构建中处于统摄和主导地位,因此培育践行社会主义核心价值观是增强文化软实力的关键环节。
[Abstract]:Under the theme of peace and development, soft power has become an increasingly important element of international competition. Improving the soft power of culture is an important way to strengthen the soft power of the country as a whole, and it is of great strategic significance to improve the soft strength of the culture. It can not only provide a strategic basis for the scientific development of our country, but also provide a strategic environment for the peaceful development of our country. Because the core values of socialism in the cultural soft power construction in general and the dominant position, so the cultivation practice the socialist core values is the key link of strengthening cultural soft power.
