【摘要】：十八大以来,党的文化建设理论的发展主要体现在,一是对文化建设重要性认识的深化,将提高国家文化软实力上升到实现中华民族伟大复兴的高度,强调我国优秀文化传统是全面深化改革的根基,强调文化建设关系主流意识形态的巩固。二是对文化建设内容的丰富,倡导积极践行社会主义核心价值观,构建中国人独特精神世界;丰富和发展廉政文化,建设法治中国。三是对文化建设措施的完善,进一步提出要深化文化体制改革,大力发展文化事业和文化产业;展示中华文化独特魅力,提高国际话语权。
