基于SWOT模型分析新疆非物质文化遗产产业发展战略的思考

【摘要】：党的十八大报告明确指出,增强文化整体实力和竞争力,建设社会主义文化强国。新疆是我国非物质文化遗产资源最为丰富的省区之一,如何将丰富的非物质文化遗产资源优势转化为产业优势,是新疆文化产业发展的重要问题。通过使用SWOT模型分析,梳理分析新疆非物质文化遗产产业发展所具有的优势(strengths)、劣势(weaknesses)、机遇(opportunities)、威胁(threats),目的是在政策制定和实施中扬长避短,充分利用现有的机遇和有利因素,规避或化解既有的或潜在的不利因素。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that strengthening the overall strength and competitiveness of culture and building a socialist cultural power. Xinjiang is one of the provinces and regions with the richest resources of intangible cultural heritage in China. How to transform the rich resources of intangible cultural heritage into industrial advantages is an important problem in the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang. This paper analyzes by using SWOT model. This paper analyzes the advantages of the development of intangible cultural heritage industry in Xinjiang, such as strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. The purpose of the threat is to make full use of existing opportunities and favorable factors to avoid or resolve existing or potential disadvantages in policy formulation and implementation.
