文化馆业务规范建设

【摘要】：制定文化馆业务规范是现实而紧迫的。本文从业务规范相关理论入手,阐述文化馆的具体业务工作及其特殊性。省级(副省级)、地(市)级、县(市)级三个层级的文化馆要立足其职能定位,按照并列式或章节式结构制定不同的文化馆业务规范。规范要明确每项业务的工作流程和业务要求;厘清不同层级文化馆的重点发展方向和目标;给文化馆的发展留下空间;规范采用合理的结构;不断完善修改,上升为国家标准。
[Abstract]:It is realistic and urgent to formulate the business standard of cultural center. This paper starts with the relevant theory of business standard, and expounds the concrete business work and its particularity of cultural center. Provincial level (deputy provincial level, prefectural (city) level). The cultural centers at the county (city) level should base themselves on their functional orientation and formulate different business regulations according to the parallel or chapter structure. The specification should clarify the work flow and business requirements of each business. To clarify the key development direction and objectives of cultural centers at different levels; Leaving room for the development of cultural center; Standardize the use of reasonable structure; Continuous improvement and revision, rising to national standards.
