西北民族地区的新型文化业态与培育——以甘肃少数民族地区为例

【摘要】：新型文化业态的发展和培育是少数民族地区实现特色化发展的重要途径。本文以甘肃少数民族地区为考察对象,通过阐明新型文化业态的内涵与特征,分析了甘肃民族地区的文化资源优势和经济、社会发展的局限性,提出了在当地发展和培育新兴文化业态、走特色化经济发展之路的必要性,认为甘肃少数民族地区新型文化业态的培育应通过实施文化产业升级战略和建设新型文化业态的产业与技术平台来实现。也即通过加强文化产业与高新技术的融合、加强跨产业人才的培养、提高融资能力和力度、打造文化品牌等具体策略,以及发展特色文化业态、打造优质集群文化产业链等平台建设措施,并构建起新型文化业态的发展模式和保障体系,方可建立起民族地区新型文化业态的培育体系。
[Abstract]:The development and cultivation of new cultural forms is an important way to achieve the characteristic development in minority areas. This paper takes Gansu minority areas as the object of investigation, by clarifying the connotation and characteristics of the new cultural forms. This paper analyzes the advantages of cultural resources and the limitations of economic and social development in ethnic areas of Gansu Province, and puts forward the necessity of developing and cultivating new cultural forms in this area and taking the road of characteristic economic development. It is believed that the cultivation of new cultural forms in minority areas of Gansu should be realized through the implementation of the strategy of upgrading cultural industries and the construction of industrial and technological platforms of new types of cultural forms, that is, by strengthening the integration of cultural industries with high and new technologies. Yes. Strengthen the cultivation of cross-industry talents, improve the financing ability and strength, create cultural brand and other specific strategies, and develop characteristic cultural format, create high-quality cluster cultural industry chain and other platform construction measures. Only by constructing the development mode and guarantee system of the new culture form can the cultivation system of the new culture form be established in the minority areas.
