关于完善非物质文化遗产保护政策的思考

【摘要】：近年来,我国制定了多项保护非物质文化遗产的政策,其中,最为重要的是确立了非物质文化遗产名录制度、非物质文化遗产传承人制度和国家文化生态保护区制度,初步形成一套有中国特色的非物质文化遗产保护制度体系,极大推动了我国非物质文化遗产的保护、传承和弘扬工作。新世纪以来,我国非遗保护传承取得的重大成绩与非遗制度的制定和实施息息相关。然而,各项制度在实施过程中逐渐暴露出了一些诸如内容不完善、认识不到位等问题,需要有针对性地补充完善。同时,在制度的实施过程中,还必须制定法规制度的实施办法,加强执法检查,增强制度刚性,以保证各项制度落到实处。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has formulated a number of policies to protect intangible cultural heritage, among which, the most important is the establishment of the intangible cultural heritage list system. The immaterial cultural heritage inheritor system and the national cultural ecological protection area system have initially formed a set of intangible cultural heritage protection system with Chinese characteristics, which has greatly promoted the protection of China's intangible cultural heritage. Various systems in the implementation process gradually exposed some problems such as imperfect content, awareness, and other issues, need to be targeted to complement and improve.
