“一带一路”背景下草原文化的传承与发展

【摘要】：“一带一路”是我国提出的一项旨在促进国际区域合作、推动世界经济发展的重大战略举措。其中,文化交流与文化合作无疑为“一带一路”沿线各国提供了一个加深彼此认识、凝聚价值共识的契机。草原文化璀璨夺目,草原文化天然的自由开放、开拓进取、崇信重义和天人和一的生态伦理精神恰与“一带一路”战略相得益彰。依托草原文化,在几千年的发展时间里,草原民族的生产生活水平稳步提高,草原地区各项事业的发展蒸蒸日上。但现代化、工业化的快速发展,草原文化建设存在着诸多问题,草原文化被迫转型牧民逐渐被边缘化和草原文化现代化调试下失衡的问题严重。适应时代的发展变化,草原文化建设谋求与“一带一路”相结合,加强草原文化的再生活力就显得极为重要。论文分为四个部分。绪论部分主要介绍“一带一路”背景下草原文化的传承与发展的选题来源及研究意义、国内外研究的现状、研究方法及论文的创新点。第一章内容从草原文化的内涵、“一带一路”的文化要求和马克思主义文化观入手,来分析草原文化与“一带一路”的关系,特别是草原文化的内核——草原精神文化为“一带一路”倡议提供可以借鉴与学习的精神财富。第二章分析草原文化当前面临了牧民生计方式的转型、物质和精神寄托的迷失、草原文化的式微以及民族文化发展滞后等诸多问题。第三章探讨在国家“一带一路”大背景下,草原文化应强化民族自觉意识、完善政策支持投入、保护草原生态、激发民族创新活力、发挥自由开放的传统以助力新时期中华文化崛起和草原文化的全面发展。
[Abstract]:"Belt and Road" is a major strategic initiative put forward by China aimed at promoting international regional cooperation and promoting the development of the world economy. Cultural exchanges and cultural cooperation have undoubtedly provided countries along the route of "Belt and Road" with an opportunity to deepen mutual understanding and gather consensus on value. The ecological ethical spirit of Chongxin Zhongyi, Tianren and Yi exactly complement the strategy of "Belt and Road". Relying on grassland culture, the production and living standards of the grasslands have steadily improved in the course of thousands of years of development. The development of various undertakings in the grassland area is flourishing. However, there are many problems in the modernization, the rapid development of industrialization and the construction of grassland culture. The grassland culture was forced to transform and the herdsmen were gradually marginalized and the grassland culture was out of balance under the adjustment of the modernization of the grassland culture. In order to adapt to the development and change of the times, the grassland culture construction sought to be combined with "Belt and Road". It is very important to strengthen the regenerative vitality of grassland culture. The paper is divided into four parts. The introduction mainly introduces the origin and significance of the topic selection and research significance of the inheritance and development of grassland culture under the background of "Belt and Road", and the present situation of the research at home and abroad. The first chapter begins with the connotation of grassland culture, the cultural requirements of "Belt and Road" and Marxist cultural view, to analyze the relationship between grassland culture and "Belt and Road". In particular, the core of grassland culture-grassland spiritual culture provides spiritual wealth for "Belt and Road" initiative that can be used for reference and learning. Chapter two analyzes that grassland culture is currently facing the transformation of herdsmen's livelihood mode and the loss of material and spiritual sustenance. The third chapter discusses that under the background of "Belt and Road", grassland culture should strengthen national consciousness, perfect policy support input, and protect grassland ecology. To stimulate the vitality of national innovation and give play to the free and open tradition in order to help the rise of Chinese culture and the overall development of grassland culture in the new period.
