闲置空间再生中空间形态的演变——以精神经济学分析为基础

【摘要】：随着社会发展机制的逐渐转变,许多既定使用的空间原有的功能逐渐丧失、遭到废弃乃至呈现出一种闲置现象。这些空间往往记录着当时使用的建筑素材、颜色、构法等,反映着当时的使用形态、建筑风格、建筑空间以及建筑语汇,乃至周边环境所构成的社会脉络及纹理,如社会风貌、经济活动以及当地产业等,这使许多闲置空间仍然具备历史意义和重要价值。在精神经济学研究领域,闲置空间再生中的空间形态演变,引起了物质形式的贬值和精神内容的升值。就其空间形态演变的现状而言,闲置空间的再生是在权衡与妥协中兼顾历史空间的保留和文化创意氛围的形成,是在以尽量恰当的方式努力转变传统观念和构建文化认同,是在政府和居民的配合中实现空间形态的重塑和功能转化,是在"空间的生产"中形成产业链和创造新价值。
[Abstract]:With the gradual change of social development mechanism, many of the original functions of the space used are gradually lost, abandoned or even a kind of idle phenomenon. These spaces often record the building materials, colors, construction and so on used at that time. Reflecting the social context and texture, such as social features, economic activities and local industries, of the usage form, architectural style, architectural space and architectural vocabulary, and even the surrounding environment, This makes many idle spaces still have historical significance and important value. In the field of psychoeconomics research, the spatial form evolves in the regeneration of idle space, It has caused the depreciation of material form and the appreciation of spiritual content. As far as the present situation of the evolution of its spatial form is concerned, the regeneration of idle space is the balance between the preservation of historical space and the formation of cultural and creative atmosphere in the balance and compromise. It is to try hard to change the traditional idea and construct the cultural identity in the most appropriate way, to realize the remolding and function transformation of the space form in the cooperation of the government and the resident, to form the industrial chain and to create the new value in the "space production".
