【摘要】：20世纪80年代以来，全球化进程明显加速，深刻地影响着世界各地、各领域的发展，并成为当今时代的突出特点。在全球化进程中，国与国之间的关系更是日益紧密，错综复杂。各国在加强经济联系的同时，不同文化、不同意识形态之间的交织碰撞也日益激烈。其中政治安全、经济安全及军事安全等传统安全问题虽仍是各国关注重点，但随着文化发展的地位和影响力的逐步提升，尤其是在美国提出了软实力竞争之后,有关国家文化安全的文化制度革新、文化产业发展及意识形态侵蚀等文化安全问题已逐步成为各国政府面临的新课题，并引起各界的深入研究。本文关于全球化视角下的我国文化安全研究，共分为五个部分。第一部分，绪论。阐释了选题背景与意义、研究目的、国内外的研究现状。第二部分，，全球化与国家文化安全的理论分析。主要论述全球化进程中国家文化安全的内涵与特征，全球化对国家文化安全的冲击，全球化对政府维护国家文化安全提出的新要求，以及全球化进程中我国政府维护国家文化安全的责任和意义。第三部分，全球化视角下我国文化安全的现状。此部分主要着眼于改革开放后我国文化安全面临的外部环境变化，我国维护文化安全的举措与成效评估，从而揭示我国文化安全现状。第四部分，全球化视角下我国文化安全面临的主要挑战。通过对涉及文化安全的制度建设、文化产业及价值与意识形态受到侵扰日益严重等严峻问题进行分析，理清全球化视角下我国维护文化安全未来任务。第五部分，全球化视角下维护我国家文化安全的对策思考。在总结外国政府维护全球化进程中国家文化安全的有益经验的基础上，结合我国实际，提出维护国家文化安全的战略分析与对策思考。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, the process of globalization has accelerated markedly, deeply affected the development of all parts of the world and various fields, and has become a prominent feature of the present era. In the process of globalization, the relations between countries have become increasingly close. While strengthening economic ties, the intertwined collision between different cultures and ideologies is becoming increasingly intense. Among them, traditional security issues, such as political security, economic security and military security, remain the focus of attention of all countries, However, with the gradual upgrading of the status and influence of cultural development, especially after the United States put forward the competition of soft power, the cultural system related to national cultural security was innovated. Cultural security issues such as the development of cultural industry and ideological erosion have gradually become a new subject facing governments of various countries, and have aroused in-depth research from all walks of life. This paper is divided into five parts about the study of China's cultural security from the perspective of globalization. The first part, introduction, explains the background and significance of the topic, the purpose of the research, and the current research situation at home and abroad. The second part, the theoretical analysis of globalization and national cultural security, mainly discusses the connotation and characteristics of national cultural security in the process of globalization, and the impact of globalization on national cultural security. Globalization puts forward new requirements for the government to maintain national cultural security, and the responsibility and significance of our government in maintaining national cultural security in the process of globalization. The third part, the present situation of China's cultural security from the perspective of globalization. This part mainly focuses on the changes in the external environment of our country's cultural security after the reform and opening up, and the measures and effectiveness evaluation of our country's maintenance of cultural security. In order to reveal the current situation of cultural security in China. Part 4th, the main challenges to China's cultural security from the perspective of globalization. Through the analysis of the system construction involving cultural security, the serious problems such as the increasingly serious invasion of cultural industry, value and ideology, etc. Clarify the future task of safeguarding cultural security in China from the perspective of globalization. Part 5th: countermeasures to safeguard China's national cultural security from the perspective of globalization. On the basis of summing up the beneficial experiences of foreign governments in safeguarding national cultural security in the process of globalization, combined with the reality of our country, This paper puts forward the strategic analysis and countermeasures to safeguard the national cultural security.
