上海文化创意产业发展环境综合评价研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化、信息化、城市化的进程不断加快,文化创意产业已经成为21世纪最富有魅力的新型产业。近年来,文化创意产业进入了一个快速发展的时代,不少国家和地区已经把文化创意产业确立为战略产业和支柱产业。上海作为国际化大都市和长江三角群的龙头,对于文化创意产业的发展也非常重视。上海在文化创意产业发展“十二五”规划明确指出,要力争到2015年使文化创意产业的增加值增幅快于服务业平均值,占全市生产总值比重达12%左右,使其战略性支柱产业的作用更加明显。而文化创意产业是根植于一定的产业环境之中的,任何一个产业都不能离开环境而独立存在,因此重视和了解一个地区文化创意产业的发展环境,对于促进产业的快速健康发展有着重要的意义。本文在对文化创意产业的内涵、产业环境以及产业评价等相关理论进行详细梳理与总结的基础上,借鉴和参考前人的研究成果,构建了我国文化创意产业发展环境评价指标体系,对上海文化创意产业发展环境进行了时问序列分析和横向分析。在实证分析的基础上,本文得出以下主要结论：文化创意产业发展环境对城市经济文化的发展起着至关重要的作用；从时间序列分析来看,上海文化创意产业发展环境逐年优化；从横向对比分析来看,目前上海在文化创意产业发展环境方面处于全国前列,和上海处于同等环境的还有北京、广东、浙江和江苏。上海虽然在文化创意产业整体发展环境占优势,但在基础设施建设和人才教育、培养和人才引进政策方面存在一定不足之处。所以上海应深入了解自身优势,找准定位,吸收国内外优秀经验,从优化城市基础设施建设、加大创意人才教育和培训力度、改善人才引进政策制度环境等等方面改善文化创意产业发展环境,在继续发挥自身环境优势的情况下有效的解决存在的问题。本论文分为六个部分。第一章为绪论,主要介绍了论文写作的背景、研究目的、意义和方法,这一部分是本论文的框架基础；第二章是文献综述,对国内外文化创意产业的相关理论进行系统梳理,这一部分是本研究的理论基础；第三章分别从基础设施、文化资源、人力资源、科技研发、基础环境和政府投入六个方面全面介绍了上海文化创意产业的发展环境现状,这一部分是本研究的实践基础；第四章是我国文化创意产业发展环境评价指标体系的构建,主要阐释文化创意产业发展环境的构成要素、评价指标体系的基本内容,选取和阐述研究方法,这一部分是本研究的方法介绍；第五章是文化创意产业发展环境实证分析,利用构建的模型,结合已有数据,对上海文化创意产业发展环境进行时间序列分析和横向对比分析。并对提高上海文化创意产业发展环境提出合理而有针对性的对策和建议,这是本研究的主体部分；第六章是本研究的结论部分。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, information technology and urbanization, cultural and creative industries have become the most attractive new industries in 21th century. In recent years, cultural and creative industries have entered a rapidly developing era. Many countries and regions have established cultural and creative industries as strategic industries and pillar industries. The development of cultural and creative industries has also been attached great importance to. In the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Cultural and Creative Industries, Shanghai clearly pointed out that it is necessary to strive to increase the added value of cultural and creative industries faster than the average value of the service industry by 2015. The proportion of the city's GDP is about 12%, which makes the role of its strategic pillar industry more obvious. While the cultural and creative industries are rooted in a certain industrial environment, no industry can exist independently from the environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to pay attention to and understand the development environment of a region's cultural and creative industries. On the basis of combing and summarizing the connotation, industrial environment and industry evaluation of cultural creative industry, this paper draws lessons from the previous research results. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development environment of the cultural and creative industries in China, and analyzes the development environment of the cultural and creative industries in Shanghai by time sequence analysis and horizontal analysis. This paper draws the following main conclusions: the development environment of cultural and creative industries plays a vital role in the development of urban economy and culture, and from the time series analysis, the development environment of Shanghai cultural and creative industries is optimized year by year. From the horizontal comparative analysis, Shanghai is currently in the forefront of the country in terms of the environment for the development of cultural and creative industries, and Beijing and Guangdong are also in the same environment as Shanghai. Zhejiang and Jiangsu. Although Shanghai has an advantage in the overall development environment of cultural and creative industries, there are certain deficiencies in infrastructure construction, talent education, training and talent introduction policies. Therefore, Shanghai should have a thorough understanding of its own advantages. To find a correct position, to absorb excellent experience at home and abroad, to improve the development environment of cultural and creative industries in terms of optimizing the construction of urban infrastructure, increasing the intensity of education and training of creative talents, improving the environment of policies and systems for the introduction of talents, and so on. Continue to give play to their own environmental advantages under the circumstances of effective solutions to existing problems. This thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, research purpose, significance and method of the thesis, which is the frame foundation of this paper, the second chapter is the literature review. This part is the theoretical basis of this study. Chapter three includes infrastructure, cultural resources, human resources, scientific and technological research and development. This part is the practical basis of this research, chapter 4th is the construction of the evaluation index system of the development environment of the cultural and creative industries in China. It mainly explains the elements of the development environment of the cultural and creative industries, the basic content of the evaluation index system, the selection and elaboration of the research methods, this part is the introduction of the methods of this study, and the 5th chapter is the empirical analysis of the development environment of the cultural and creative industries. Based on the established model and the existing data, this paper makes a time series analysis and horizontal contrast analysis on the development environment of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries, and puts forward reasonable and targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development environment of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries. This is the main part of this study; Chapter 6th is the conclusion of this study.
