成都市新都区城市主题文化塑造案例研究

【摘要】：随着城市化进程的加快,城市文化在提升城市竞争力方面的作用变得越来越突出。何为城市文化?怎样构建城市文化?怎样将城市建设与城市文化和谐统一起来?是摆在当前城市管理者面前的重要课题。本论文借助城市文化、城市品牌、城市管理等相关理论,研究分析成都市新都区城市发展和文化资源现状,通过与其他区县的比较,进一步认识新都区文化建设的资源条件、制约因素、影响因素等,认识到新都区在城市文化发展中的不足,力求对新都主题文化塑造提供目标和路径选择,并在此基础上,对加强城市文化建设的思路提出可行性建议。本文主要在以下几个方面对新都区城市主题文化塑造进行分析。第一部分:对新都区城市主题文化塑造的研究背景、研究目标、理论义和实践价值等问题进行了阐述;就国内外城市文化研究状况和发展状况进行了简要地分析,这是开展新都城市主题文化研究背景资料。第二部分:科学定位文化、城市文化、城市主题文化等基本概念,并深入探讨城市主题文化的内涵、特征和构成要素。通过对当前我国城市文化建设现状、经验教训分析,进一步加深对加强城市文化建设重要性的认识。第三部分:明晰城市主题文化与城市发展诸要素间的关系,提出了城市主题文化的功能,城市主题文化塑造的中心和目标,并试就城市主题文化塑造的途径进行了论述。第四部分:运用实证分析的方法,对成都市新都区文化、资源、交通、生态等方面的优势进行了分析,并对新都区当前城市文化发展的现状进行了综述,指出了新都城市文化建设存在的突出问题,并就新都区在塑造城市主题文化活动中提出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, the role of urban culture in enhancing the competitiveness of cities has become more and more prominent. What is urban culture? How to construct Urban Culture? How to harmonize urban construction with urban culture? This paper, with the help of the theories of city culture, city brand, city management and so on, studies and analyzes the present situation of urban development and cultural resources in Xindu District of Chengdu, and compares it with other districts and counties. Further understanding the resource conditions, restricting factors and influencing factors of the cultural construction of the Xindu District, recognizing the deficiency of the Xindu District in the development of urban culture, and striving to provide the target and the path choice for the cultural shaping of the Xindu theme, and on this basis, In this paper, the author analyzes the theme culture of the city in the following aspects. The first part: the research background of the theme culture of the city, the research goal, The theoretical meaning and practical value are expounded, and the research and development of urban culture both at home and abroad are briefly analyzed, which is the background of the research on urban thematic culture in Xindu. The basic concepts of urban culture, urban thematic culture and so on, and the connotation, characteristics and constituent elements of urban thematic culture are discussed in depth. Through the analysis of the current situation of urban culture construction in China, the experience and lessons are analyzed. Further deepening the understanding of the importance of strengthening the construction of urban culture. The third part: clarifying the relationship between the urban thematic culture and the elements of urban development, putting forward the function of the urban thematic culture, the center and goal of shaping the urban thematic culture. In part 4th, the author analyzes the advantages of culture, resources, transportation, ecology and so on in the Xindu District of Chengdu by using the method of empirical analysis. This paper summarizes the current situation of the development of urban culture in Xindu District, points out the outstanding problems existing in the construction of urban culture in Xindu, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions in shaping the thematic cultural activities of the city in Xindu District.
