习近平系列重要讲话中的文化观研究

【摘要】：目前,学界对习近平的文化观的整体研究不仅缺少深入分析,而且“文化”较多被局限于中国传统文化,视野狭窄,重复性研究较多。习近平的文化观是中国特色社会主义文化观的重要组成部分,研究习近平的文化观,有助于增强文化自信以及中国特色社会主义文化建设。本文依据习近平系列重要讲话以及相关的文献资料,通过原典分析法和对照式研究方法对习近平的文化观进行系统分析和概括。习近平的文化观的形成有其独特的文化背景、理论渊源以及实践条件。中西方在意识形态领域的交融交锋日趋激烈,而我国的传统文化、马克思主义文化、社会主义先进文化均面临不同的时代机遇与危机,迫切需要先进的文化理论指导文化建设。中华优秀传统文化影响了习近平的思维方式和心理结构、道德观和价值观、人文精神和民本思想,中国共产党的文化观为习近平的文化观奠定了理论依据。习近平文化观的形成有其深厚的实践基础,担任总书记之前在正定、宁德、福州、浙江的文化实践,使得习近平的文化观得到了丰富和发展;担任总书记后的文化外交实践以及国内的文化建设,使习近平认识到文化对解决人类以及中国面临的诸多难题有重要意义。习近平对中华优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化、马克思主义文化展开研究,形成了他的文化观。中华优秀传统文化主要包括思想体系和价值体系以及民族精神和思维方式,革命文化主要包含了中国共产党人在革命、建设和改革过程中形成的政治观、革命观、价值观和群众观,马克思主义文化观表现在对社会主义文化建设规律和人类社会文化发展规律的认识,社会主义先进文化是以马克思主义作为科学的指导思想,有着科学的发展方向以及社会主义核心价值观为核心的先进文化。习近平的文化观体现了学经典与用经典的结合、理论创新与建设文化强国的结合、高度自觉与高度自信的结合。习近平的文化观丰富了中国共产党的文化观,发展了中国特色社会主义文化观,开辟了马克思主文文化观发展的新境界;习近平的文化观有利于提升中华民族的科学文化和思想道德素质,增强了理论、道路、制度与文化自信,有助于中国特色社会主义文化建设。
[Abstract]:At present, the overall study of Xi Jinping's view of culture in academic circles is not only lack of in-depth analysis, but also "culture" is mostly confined to Chinese traditional culture and narrow vision. There are many repetitive studies. Xi Jinping's cultural view is an important part of the cultural view of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is helpful to strengthen cultural self-confidence and the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. According to Xi Jinping's series of important speeches and relevant literature, This paper systematically analyzes and generalizes Xi Jinping's view of culture by means of the original analysis method and the method of comparative study. The formation of the cultural view of Xi Jinping has its own unique cultural background. Theoretical origin and practical conditions. The blending of China and the West in the field of ideology is becoming increasingly fierce, while our traditional culture, Marxist culture, and socialist advanced culture all face different opportunities and crises. There is an urgent need for advanced cultural theories to guide cultural construction. The excellent Chinese traditional culture has influenced Xi Jinping's mode of thinking and psychological structure, morality and values, humanistic spirit and people-oriented thinking. The cultural view of the Communist Party of China has laid a theoretical foundation for Xi Jinping's view of culture. The formation of the cultural concept of Xi Jinping has its profound practical basis. Before assuming general secretary's office, it was in the cultural practice of Zhengding, Ningde, Fuzhou, and Zhejiang. Xi Jinping's cultural outlook has been enriched and developed; the cultural diplomacy practice and domestic cultural construction since he served as general secretary; To make Xi Jinping realize that culture plays an important role in solving the many difficult problems facing mankind and China. Xi Jinping began to study Chinese excellent traditional culture, revolutionary culture, advanced socialist culture, and Marxist culture. The excellent Chinese traditional culture mainly includes the ideological system and the value system, as well as the national spirit and the way of thinking, and the revolutionary culture mainly contains the political outlook formed by the Chinese Communists in the course of revolution, construction and reform. Revolutionary views, values and mass views, Marxist cultural views are manifested in the understanding of the laws of socialist cultural construction and the laws of cultural development of human society. The advanced socialist culture is guided by Marxism as a scientific guiding ideology. There are advanced cultures with scientific development direction and socialist core values. Xi Jinping's cultural view embodies the combination of learning classics and using classics, theoretical innovation and the construction of a strong cultural power. The combination of high consciousness and high confidence. Xi Jinping's cultural view enriches the cultural view of the Communist Party of China, develops the cultural view of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and opens up a new realm of the development of Marx's cultural concept of main text. Xi Jinping's view of culture is conducive to the promotion of the scientific and cultural quality of the Chinese nation, strengthens the theory, road, system and cultural self-confidence, and contributes to the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
