【摘要】：正2010年,新疆的麦西来甫被联合国教科文组织认定为"急需保护的非物质文化遗产"。早在2005年,国务院办公厅就下发了《关于加强我国非物质文化遗产保护工作的意见》,明确指出:"要运用文字、录音、录像、数字化多媒体等各种方式,对非物质文化遗产进行真实、系统和全面的记录,建立档案和数据库。"麦西来甫的资源库建设就是综合应用现代信息技术,
[Abstract]:On 2010, Maxirefu in Xinjiang was recognized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization as "an intangible cultural heritage in urgent need of protection." as early as 2005, The General Office of the State Council has issued "opinions on strengthening the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in China", clearly pointing out: "it is necessary to use various methods such as text, audio, video, digital and multimedia to make the intangible cultural heritage true." Systematic and comprehensive records, establishment of archives and databases. "the construction of Machelaifu's resource base is the comprehensive application of modern information technology," he said.
