【摘要】：改革开放三十多年来,中国经济发展飞速,带动了乡村经济的发展,使乡村群众的的物质生活发生了翻天覆地的改变。然而乡村文化建设的滞后性成为当前乡村经济快速发展道路上的阻碍,贫乏、落后的乡村文化也影响了乡村群众对精神文化生活的追求。如何搞好乡村文化建设从而促进乡村经济、文化、社会的全面、协调发展,成为当前不得不重视的问题。本文选取了甘肃省作为研究对象,通过对乡村文化建设理论的概述,结和马克思主义经典作家关于乡村文化建设的思想,以及历届党和国家领导人关于乡村文化建设所做出的指示,分析了进行乡村文化建设的目标及具有的意义。本文以甘肃省的乡村文化建设为视角,运用历史研究法、文献研究法,实地调研法以及运用跨学科的方法,对甘肃省在乡村文化建设进程中存在的问题及原因进行了分析,最后针对甘肃省乡村文化建设实际情况,针对性的提出了解决对策。正文共分为三部分。第一部分是对乡村文化建设相关理论的一个梳理和总结。首先对文化的含义、乡村文化的内涵以及乡村文化建设的概念进行了界定,然后梳理了当前我国进行乡村文化建设的指导思想,最后对乡村文化的建设目标和进行乡村文化的意义进行了阐述。第二部分首先分析了甘肃省进行乡村文化建设所具有的优势,然后梳理了甘肃省乡村文化建设已取得的成绩,最后指出了当前甘肃省乡村文化建设中存在问题的,并对问题背后的原因进行了分析。第三部分对甘肃省乡村文化建设的应采取的对策的思考。在分析了当前甘肃省乡村文化建设面临的新机遇后,提出了四个方面的对策,首先是政府重视,加大投入;其次是繁荣经济,发展主体;再次是聚集人才,社会参与;最后是依托文化产业,进行文化建设。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly, which has led to the development of the rural economy. The material life of rural people has changed dramatically. However, the lagging nature of rural cultural construction has become an obstacle to the rapid development of rural economy. Backward rural culture has also affected the pursuit of spiritual and cultural life among rural people. How to do a good job in rural cultural construction in order to promote the overall and coordinated development of rural economy, culture and society, This article selects Gansu Province as the research object, through the summary of the theory of rural culture construction, the conclusion and the Marxist classical writers' thoughts on the rural culture construction, As well as the instructions made by the leaders of the Party and the state on the construction of rural culture, this paper analyzes the objectives and significance of the construction of rural culture. This paper, from the perspective of the rural culture construction in Gansu Province, applies the historical research method. The paper analyzes the problems and causes in the process of rural culture construction in Gansu Province by literature research, field investigation and interdisciplinary methods. Finally, the paper aims at the actual situation of rural culture construction in Gansu Province. The text is divided into three parts. The first part is a combing and summing up of the related theories of rural culture construction. The connotation of rural culture and the concept of rural culture construction are defined, and then the guiding ideology of rural culture construction in China is combed. The second part first analyzes the advantages of rural culture construction in Gansu Province, and then combs the achievements of rural culture construction in Gansu Province. Finally, it points out the problems existing in the construction of rural culture in Gansu Province. The third part is about the countermeasures that should be taken in the construction of rural culture in Gansu Province. After analyzing the new opportunities facing the construction of rural culture in Gansu Province, four countermeasures are put forward. First, the government attaches importance to, increase investment; secondly, the prosperity of the economy, the development of the main body; again, the gathering of talents, social participation; finally, relying on cultural industry, cultural construction.
