【摘要】：不同文明的封闭隔阂,阻碍了世界的发展。面对新的时代、新的世界,我国在"一带一路"倡议下不仅要注重文化投资,更要借助"一带一路"倡议的大好时机,将中国优秀的传统文化发扬光大,并指导我国对外文化投资"走出去"。
[Abstract]:The closed estrangement of different civilizations has hindered the development of the world. In the face of a new era and a new world, under the initiative of "Belt and Road", our country should not only pay attention to cultural investment, but also take advantage of the great opportunity of the "Belt and Road" initiative. To carry forward China's excellent traditional culture and guide our country's foreign cultural investment to go out.
