国际文化大都市语境下上海文化产业转型发展

【摘要】:本文从国际文化大都市发展的语境下来分析当前上海文化产业转型发展面临的机遇与挑战,并进一步探讨相应的对策与建议。上海文化产业在发展观念上应树立"文化产业是价值观产业"的上海文化产业新发展理念;发展目标需树立一切以人民为中心的文化产业发展的新目标;发展动力要从习惯于刺激需求,切实转变到改革供给上来;发展主体应从以政府规划、政府推进为主,转变为市场起决定性作用,更好地发挥政府的作用;发展机制要尤为重视"数字经济"对上海文化产业发展与转型的重要推动作用;发展布局应加强不同功能区域文化产业的协调发展;发展战略应着眼于为国家整体文化产业创新发展提供新经验。
[Abstract]:In the context of the development of an international cultural metropolis, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing the transformation and development of Shanghai's cultural industry. And further probe into the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion. Shanghai cultural industry should set up the new development idea of "cultural industry is value industry" on the development idea; The goal of development should be to set up a new goal for the development of all cultural industries with the people as the center; the motive force for development should be changed from being accustomed to stimulating demand and changing to reform and supply; the main body of development should be based on government planning, and the government should give priority to the development. The development mechanism should pay special attention to the important role of "digital economy" in the development and transformation of Shanghai's cultural industry. The development layout should strengthen the coordinated development of cultural industries in different functional regions, and the development strategy should focus on providing new experience for the innovation and development of national cultural industries as a whole.
