文化强国战略背景下公民终身学习机制建设研究

【摘要】：构建公民终身学习机制是新时代赋予我们的责任和义务,是构建我国文化强国的重要内容,是提高国家文化软实力的重要途径,是提高公民精神文化需求的重要目的,为实现我国公民在知识经济时代下适应不断发展的社会需求,为了满足个体全面发展的需要,现时代,我国必须构建并完善公民的终身学习机制。随着我国逐渐重视公民的终身学习,其活动也在各个地方广泛开展。目前,各省市已经建立起了终身学习网,为公民的学习提供了便利。但是,终身学习的思想传入我国较晚,其发展模式还未成熟。本文提出建立终身学习机制,是想通过建设各项要素来完善公民的终身学习。在研究方法上,文章以马克思主义的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义方法论为指导。从实际出发,在我国现有的教育基础、经济基础、文化基础和社会基础之上,并根据终身学习体系发展的现状,提出构建公民终身学习机制。具体的研究方法主要是通过查找相关的材料,并对其进行认真的分析、归纳与总结,对构建终身学习机制有了自己的研究思路和研究重点,并提出自己的见解。
[Abstract]:Constructing the lifelong learning mechanism of citizens is a responsibility and obligation entrusted to us in the new era, an important content of building a strong cultural power in our country, an important way to improve the soft power of national culture, and an important purpose to improve the spiritual and cultural needs of citizens. In order to meet the needs of our citizens in the era of knowledge economy and to meet the needs of individual development in an all-round way, our country must construct and perfect the lifelong learning mechanism of citizens. As our country gradually attaches importance to lifelong learning of citizens, its activities are also widely carried out in various places. At present, the provinces and cities have established a lifelong learning network, which provides convenience for citizens to learn. However, The thought of lifelong learning was introduced into our country later, and its development model is not mature. This paper puts forward the establishment of life-long learning mechanism, which aims to perfect the lifelong learning of citizens through the construction of various elements. In terms of research methods, the article is guided by Marxist methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, proceeding from reality, on the basis of the existing educational, economic, cultural and social foundations of our country. According to the development of lifelong learning system, this paper puts forward the construction of lifelong learning mechanism. The specific research methods are mainly through the search of relevant materials, and serious analysis, induction and summary. To construct lifelong learning mechanism has its own research ideas and research focus, and put forward their own views.
