【摘要】：新农村建设是我国社会主义现代化的重要任务之一,新农村的建设有利于农村人民摆脱过去贫困的生活,享受社会主义现代化建设带来的成果,提高农民的物质生活和精神生活。非物质文化遗产属于精神生活的层面,农村人民的文化内涵本身就不多,非物质文化遗产不仅仅是代表我国的精神文化,而且为农村增添了不少的文化素养,对其保护是非常必要的。我国的非物质文化遗产对我国来说具有重大的意义,加强对非遗的保护必须引起重视。新农村建设中对非物质文化遗产的保护有有利的一面,但是也会不可避免的带来弊端,所以在新农村建设的背景下寻求非物质文化遗产的保护是非常关键的,目前已经有些学者提到一些方法和措施,有些措施也已经开始实施,但是目前还没有一个完美的保护措施。本文基于信息资源管理的方法去寻求解决非物质文化遗产在新农村建设背景下的保护措施。文章主要内容包括以下几个部分：第一部分主要介绍新农村建设、非物质文化遗产和信息资源管理的相关理论,为后文打下理论基础。第二部分主要介绍了新农村建设和非物质文化遗产之间的相关关系,分析其中存在的隐形关系,在非物质文化遗产的保护中,新农村建设对其产生的影响。对于不利的影响应该采取何种措施予以解决。第三部分是本文的重点部分,分别分布在第四、五、六章节。主要内容是介绍基于新农村建设对非物质文化遗产保护产生的不利影响应采取的措施,主要是采取建立关于非物质文化遗产的档案、网站和相关的知识产权法这三个措施来保护代表我国文化精髓和对我国具有重大意义的非物质文化遗产。
[Abstract]:The construction of a new rural area is an important part of China's socialist modernization, Ren Wuzhi. Improving the material and spiritual life of peasants. Intangible cultural heritage belongs to the spiritual life level, and the cultural connotation of the rural people itself is not much. Moreover, it has added a lot of cultural literacy to the countryside, and it is very necessary to protect it. The intangible cultural heritage of our country is of great significance to our country. To strengthen the protection of non-legacy, we must pay attention to it. The protection of intangible cultural heritage in the construction of new countryside has a favorable side, but it will inevitably bring disadvantages. Therefore, it is very important to seek the protection of intangible cultural heritage in the context of the construction of new countryside. At present, some scholars have mentioned some methods and measures, and some measures have already begun to be implemented. But there is no perfect protection. Based on the method of information resource management, this paper seeks to solve the protection measures of intangible cultural heritage in the context of new rural construction. The main content of this paper includes the following parts:. The first part mainly introduces the theory of new rural construction, intangible cultural heritage and information resource management. The second part mainly introduces the relationship between the construction of the new countryside and the intangible cultural heritage, and analyzes the hidden relationship in the protection of the intangible cultural heritage. The influence of new rural construction on it. What measures should be taken to solve the adverse effects. The third part is the key part of this paper, which is distributed in the fourth, fifth and sixth chapters. The main content is to introduce the measures that should be taken to protect the intangible cultural heritage based on the construction of the new countryside. The main measures are to establish the archives, websites and related intellectual property laws to protect the intangible cultural heritage which represents the essence of Chinese culture and is of great significance to our country.
