浅析法国文化赞助制度及对中国的启示

【摘要】:在法国文化发展史中,文化赞助对于法国文化在全世界范围内大放异彩有着不可估量的功绩。进入到21世纪后,法国建立了完善的现代文化赞助制度来促进本国文化事业的发展。随着中国经济的崛起,人民的文化需求越来越旺盛。而中国文化基础设施建设的不足以及历史文化古迹得不到有效保护的现状都表明一个事实:现在文化事业单纯依靠政府的财政拨款已经无法满足公共文化需求。 文化事业的蓬勃发展离不开健全的文化赞助体系,完善中国的文化赞助制度应成为政府和社会的一个重要课题。不管是新兴的企业文化赞助还是经典的个人文化赞助,国家应在发挥其在文化事业保驾护航的作用基础之上,充分利用社会力量和人们投身于文化事业的积极性,通过改革来完善我国的文化赞助制度,满足人们的文化需求,促进中华文化的大发展大繁荣。 法国作为著名的文化大国,有着完善和发达的文化赞助制度,而中国的文化赞助尚处于起步阶段。论文将通过对两国的文化赞助体制和功能相似的文化机构:法语联盟和孔子学院;卢浮宫和中国国家博物馆的比较来证明在中国大力发展文化赞助的必要性,,力图为完善中国的文化赞助体系提出若干建议。
[Abstract]:In the history of French cultural development, cultural sponsorship has an immeasurable contribution to the great spread of French culture throughout the world. After entering twenty-first Century, France established a perfect modern cultural sponsorship system to promote the development of its own cultural undertakings. With the rise of China's economy, the cultural needs of the people are becoming more and more vigorous. The lack of cultural infrastructure and the fact that historical and cultural relics are not effectively protected shows a fact that cultural undertakings are now simply unable to meet the needs of public culture by relying solely on government financial allocations.
The vigorous development of cultural undertakings can not be separated from a sound cultural sponsorship system, and the improvement of the Chinese cultural sponsorship system should be an important issue for the government and the society. No matter whether it is a new enterprise culture sponsorship or the classic individual cultural sponsorship, the state should make full use of its role on the basis of the role of the cultural undertakings and the protection of the cultural undertakings. In order to improve our cultural sponsorship system, to meet the cultural needs of the people and to promote the development and prosperity of Chinese culture.
As a famous cultural country, France has a perfect and developed cultural sponsorship system, and the cultural sponsorship of China is still in its infancy. The thesis will prove to be in China by comparing the cultural sponsorship system and the functions similar to the cultural institutions of the two countries: the French Union and the Confucius College; the comparison of the Le Louvre Museum and the Chinese National Museum. The necessity of developing cultural sponsorship is trying to make some suggestions for improving China's cultural sponsorship system.
