【摘要】：现代化信息技术的普及,带动了公共数字文化服务的快速发展,作为我国主要的公共文化服务形式,公共数字文化服务在发展过程中面临着数字文化资源分散、公共文化机构协同不足等现象,直接导致公共数字文化资源利用率低、服务便捷性差等问题,对公共数字文化事业的发展产生了极为不利的影响。以云计算为代表的新兴技术的发展,为实现公共数字文化资源的优化配置、公共数字文化按需敏捷个性化服务提供了可能。本文正是基于云计算技术的兴起和公共数字文化服务进一步发展的时代背景,从公共数字文化云服务内涵及特征—公共数字文化云服务创新体系—公共数字文化云服务模式—公共数字文化云服务创新对策等四个方面系统研究了公共数字文化云服务的基本理论,对促进公共数字文化事业的发展和指导公共文化机构开展云服务具有重要意义。论文研究的主要内容分为以下四个部分:一是公共数字文化云服务的内涵及特征研究。在介绍云计算与公共数字文化服务融合发展的基础上,从政治、经济、社会、科技四个方面分析了公共数字文化云服务创新的动因,提炼出公共数字文化云服务的需求;结合公共数字文化服务的特征,诠释了公共数字文化云服务的新内涵和新特征。二是公共数字文化云服务创新体系研究。从服务参与主体、服务理念、服务资源及服务内容、服务模式、服务支撑技术与手段等五个方面研究了公共数字文化云服务系统的构成要素;构建了公共数字文化云服务系统结构,并进行了系统结构和功能分析;从公共数字文化云资源优化配置角度出发,在云资源标准化、云资源集成化、云资源组合优化、云服务创新等四个方面分析了公共数字文化云服务的创新过程。三是公共数字文化云服务模式构建。在搜集公共数字文化服务模式案例的基础上,对现有公共数字文化服务模式的特点进行了归纳总结;针对当前公共数字文化服务瓶颈和未来发展趋势,提炼出公共数字文化云服务的目标;根据用户的需求的层次性、多样性,构建公共数字文化云服务的“多重”发展模式。四是公共数字文化云服务创新的对策。从服务理念创新、公共数字文化资源整合、特色资源库建设、服务队伍和用户能力培养等四个方面,提出了推进公共数字文化云服务创新的对策。
[Abstract]:The popularization of modern information technology has driven the rapid development of public digital cultural services. As the main form of public cultural services in China, public digital cultural services are facing the spread of digital cultural resources in the process of development. The lack of coordination among public cultural institutions directly leads to the low utilization rate of public digital cultural resources and the poor convenience of service, which has an extremely negative impact on the development of public digital cultural undertakings. With the development of new technology represented by cloud computing, it is possible to realize the optimal allocation of public digital cultural resources and the agile personalized service of public digital culture on demand. This paper is based on the rise of cloud computing technology and the further development of public digital cultural services. This paper systematically studies public digital text from four aspects: the connotation and characteristics of public digital culture cloud service, the innovation system of public digital culture cloud service, the model of public digital culture cloud service mode and the innovation countermeasure of public digital culture cloud service. The basic theory of cloud services, It is of great significance to promote the development of public digital culture and guide public cultural institutions to carry out cloud services. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the connotation and characteristics of cloud service of public digital culture. On the basis of introducing cloud computing and the development of public digital culture service, this paper analyzes the motivation of the innovation of public digital culture cloud service from four aspects of politics, economy, society, science and technology, and abstracts the demand of public digital culture cloud service. Combined with the characteristics of public digital cultural service, this paper interprets the new connotation and new characteristics of public digital cultural cloud service. Second, the public digital culture cloud service innovation system research. This paper studies the composing elements of public digital culture cloud service system from five aspects: service participant, service idea, service resource and service content, service mode, service supporting technology and means. The structure of public digital culture cloud service system is constructed, and the system structure and function are analyzed. From the point of view of optimizing the allocation of public digital culture cloud resources, the standardization of cloud resources, the integration of cloud resources, the optimization of cloud resources combination, This paper analyzes the innovation process of cloud service in public digital culture from four aspects: cloud service innovation and so on. Third, the construction of cloud service model of public digital culture. On the basis of collecting the cases of the public digital culture service mode, this paper sums up the characteristics of the existing public digital culture service mode, aiming at the bottleneck of the public digital culture service and the future development trend, The aim of the public digital culture cloud service is abstracted, and the "multiple" development mode of the public digital culture cloud service is constructed according to the hierarchy and diversity of the users' needs. Fourth, the public digital culture cloud service innovation countermeasure. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the innovation of public digital culture cloud service from four aspects: the innovation of service idea, the integration of public digital culture resources, the construction of characteristic resource bank, the cultivation of service team and the cultivation of users' ability.
