市民化进程中农民工的精神文化生活状况研究

【摘要】：社会的进步不仅有赖于物质生活的极大丰富,同时,也依赖于精神生活的发展与提高。改革开放以来,我国城市化的进程中涌现出一支新型的劳动大军——农民工。农民工群体是我国经济体制改革和社会转型时期的特有产物,他们的出现不仅深刻影响着中国的经济转型,也密切关系着整个社会的发展与变迁。因此,市民化进程中农民工的精神文化生活已然成为我国社会发展中的一个重大课题。目前,已有许多学者提出了关于农民工工作、医疗、权利等方面的研究理论,但社会上对于农民工精神文化生活方面的关注度尚且不够。本文试图以马克思主义哲学作为基本的理论基础,从农民工的生活方式、消费方式及社会心理等角度出发,深入研究农民工的精神生活现状,发现其中存在的问题并加以解决,切实为提高农民工精神文化生活的质量提出可行性对策。人的全面发展是马克思主义人学理论的核心。人是发展的主体,社会主义发展的根本目的在于推进人的全面发展。对于农民工的发展,应努力达到精神与物质的协调状态。市民化进程中农民工的基本情况呈现出男性居多、收入较低、精神需求难以得到满足等特点。这是由于主客两方面因素造成的,主观方面包括文化水平、心理素质、思想观念和文化需求；客观因素包括经济层面和制度层面等。当然,社会环境也对市民化进程中农民工的精神文化生活带来了不容忽视的影响。在提高全民族的科学文化素质的同时,应当重视农民工文化需求的满足,在实现人的全面发展的过程中,也应当努力改善和丰富农民工的精神文化生活。在人民的文化需求日益强烈的今天,农民工的精神生活现状与城市发展水平不相适应的情况亟需改善。农民工的精神文化状况直接关系到农民工在城市中的生活水平,直接影响到他们的生存状况与群体发展。农民工的精神文化生活事关我国的改革、发展和稳定,事关社会主义现代化建设、中国特色社会主义事业甚至是中华民族的伟大复兴。关注和丰富农民工的精神文化生活,有利于有效解决三农问题,有利于推进我国的城市化和现代化进程,有利于促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。因此,提升农民工的文化素质,改善农民工的精神生活现状,应当提高全民认识,推进城乡建设；完善多项制度,健全保障机制；加强素质教育,保持积极心态：完善文化设施,提升服务水平；增强法律意识,维护合法权益；营造舆论氛围,促进社会和谐。这样才能从整体上提升农民工精神文化生活的质量,加速推进农民工向市民化的转变。
[Abstract]:Social progress depends not only on the abundance of material life, but also on the development and improvement of spiritual life. Since the reform and opening up, a new type of labor force-migrant workers emerged in the process of urbanization in China. The group of migrant workers is a special product in the period of economic system reform and social transformation in China. Their appearance not only deeply affects the economic transformation of China, but also has a close relationship with the development and changes of the whole society. Therefore, the spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers has become an important subject in the social development of our country. At present, many scholars have put forward research theories on migrant workers' work, medical treatment, rights and so on, but the social attention to the spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers is not enough. Based on Marxist philosophy, this paper tries to study the status quo of migrant workers' spiritual life, find out the existing problems and solve them from the perspectives of migrant workers' life style, consumption style and social psychology. To improve the quality of migrant workers' spiritual and cultural life to put forward feasible countermeasures. The all-round development of human is the core of Marxist theory of human being. Human being is the main body of development, and the fundamental purpose of socialist development is to promote the all-round development of human beings. For the development of migrant workers, we should strive to achieve spiritual and material coordination. In the process of citizenship, the basic situation of migrant workers is characterized by male majority, low income and difficult to meet their spiritual needs. This is caused by subjective and objective factors, including cultural level, psychological quality, ideology and cultural needs, and objective factors including economic level and system level. Of course, the social environment also has a great influence on the spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers. While improving the scientific and cultural quality of the whole nation, we should attach importance to the satisfaction of the cultural needs of migrant workers, and strive to improve and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers in the process of realizing the all-round development of people. In today's increasingly strong cultural needs of the people, the status quo of the spiritual life of migrant workers and the level of urban development do not adapt to the situation needs to be improved. The spiritual and cultural status of migrant workers is directly related to the living standards of migrant workers in the city, and directly affects their living conditions and group development. The spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers is related to the reform, development and stability of our country, the construction of socialist modernization, the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and even the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Paying attention to and enriching the spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers is conducive to effectively solving the problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers, promoting the process of urbanization and modernization in our country, and promoting the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Therefore, to improve the cultural quality of migrant workers and improve the status quo of their spiritual life, we should raise the awareness of the whole people, promote the construction of urban and rural areas, perfect many systems, perfect the safeguard mechanism, strengthen quality education, Maintain a positive attitude: improve cultural facilities, improve the level of service; enhance legal awareness, safeguard legitimate rights and interests; create an atmosphere of public opinion, promote social harmony. Only in this way can the quality of the spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers be improved as a whole and the transformation of migrant workers to the city be accelerated.
