山西历史名人资源纠纷研究

【摘要】：在中华文明发展的漫长岁月中,曾经涌现出无数的历史名人。他们留给整个民族巨大的精神财富和丰富的文化遗存。在当今社会,随着文化产业地不断发展,历史名人资源也逐渐得到重视、保护和开发。在多种因素的综合作用下,各地的历史名人资源开发经常出现纠纷现象。这种纠纷主要表现在对历史名人故里、出生地及墓葬之地归属的争夺。山西历史悠久,名人辈出,其历史名人资源纠纷数量较多,影响较大。因此,对山西历史名人资源纠纷进行系统、全面的梳理、研究,并对现今历史名人文化资源的发展进行深入反思,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文分为六个部分。绪论部分主要介绍论文选题缘由、研究意义、研究现状,并对相关重要概念加以说明。第一章按照时间线索,对山西历史名人资源分阶段进行梳理。这一部分分为先秦、秦汉、三国两晋南北朝、隋唐五代、宋元及明清六个时期。第二章分区域论述山西历史名人资源存在的纠纷。这一部分按照山西自然地理、历史文化及名人纠纷特点,分为晋北、晋中、晋南及晋西南四大区域。第三章主要分析了山西历史名人资源纠纷的总体现状。这一部分包括历史名人纠纷的产生缘由、特点、影响以及发展态势。第四章以历史名人纠纷产生的原因为依据,选取武则天故里纠纷及炎帝部族发源地歧说两个典型个案进行具体研究。余论部分总结了全文重要观点,并进一步探讨当今名人资源纠纷的一些处理原则。笔者还对籍贯的文化属性及文化的泛产业化这两大社会现实问题进行了论述。由于史料记载、地理变迁、人口流动及文化传承等多方面因素的影响,历史名人资源的争夺成为当今屡见不鲜的社会现象。在众多的历史名人资源的开发过程中,有实现共赢的典范,也有沦为烂尾的教训。本文通过对山西历史名人资源纠纷的系统、全面、深入研究,以期对于公众正确看待和处理历史名人资源纠纷提供有益经验。
[Abstract]:In the long years of the development of Chinese civilization, countless historical celebrities have emerged. They left the great spiritual wealth and rich cultural relics of the whole nation. In today's society, with the continuous development of cultural industry, historical celebrity resources are gradually paid attention to, protected and developed. Under the comprehensive action of many factors, disputes often appear in the development of historical celebrity resources. This kind of dispute mainly displays in the historical celebrity's hometown, the birthplace and the grave place's ownership contention. Shanxi has a long history, famous people come out, its history celebrity resource dispute quantity is many, the influence is bigger. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to systematically, comprehensively sort out, study and reflect on the development of cultural resources of historical celebrities in Shanxi. This paper is divided into six parts. The introduction part mainly introduces the reason, the significance, the present situation of the research, and explains the related important concepts. The first chapter according to the time clue, carries on the sorting to Shanxi historical celebrity resources in stages. This part is divided into six periods: Pre-Qin, Qin and Han dynasties, three Kingdoms, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties, Sui, Tang and five dynasties, Song and Yuan dynasties and Ming and Qing dynasties. The second chapter discusses the disputes of Shanxi history celebrity resources. According to the characteristics of Shanxi natural geography, historical culture and celebrity disputes, this part is divided into four regions: north of Shanxi, middle of Shanxi, south of Shanxi and southwest of Shanxi. The third chapter mainly analyzes the overall situation of Shanxi history celebrity resource dispute. This part includes the origin, characteristic, influence and development trend of historical celebrity dispute. The fourth chapter is based on the reasons of the disputes of historical celebrities, and selects two typical cases of Wu Zetian hometown dispute and Yan Di tribal origin dispute to carry on the concrete research. The last part summarizes the important points of view, and further discusses some principles of dealing with the disputes of celebrity resources. The author also discusses the cultural attribute and the pan-industrialization of culture. Due to the influence of many factors, such as historical records, geographical changes, population mobility and cultural heritage, the scramble for historical celebrity resources has become a common social phenomenon. In the development of many famous historical resources, there is a win-win model, but also a lesson. This article through the Shanxi history celebrity resources dispute system, the comprehensive, the thorough research, hoped to provide the beneficial experience for the public to treat and deal with the historical celebrity resources dispute correctly.
