微时代下怎样提升国家文化领导力

【摘要】：在微时代语境下,"微内容""微应用""微圈子"等发展迅速,深刻影响着人们的生存方式、思维方式和价值观念,改变了国家文化领导力的文化环境、领导对象、领导内容等。为有效应对微时代各种挑战,我们应通过优化传播环境、转变领导意识、创新领导方式等,提升国家文化领导力。
[Abstract]:In the context of micro-age, "micro-content", "micro-application", "micro-circle" and so on have developed rapidly, which have deeply affected people's way of life, mode of thinking and values, and have changed the cultural environment, the object of leadership and the content of leadership of the country's cultural leadership. In order to effectively meet the challenges of the micro-era, we should improve the national cultural leadership by optimizing the communication environment, changing the leadership consciousness, innovating the leadership style and so on.
