大理市政府对白族本主文化传承保护管理的研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着经济全球化的发展和我国对外开放的日益扩大,我国民族地区人们的思维方式、行为方式、生活方式发生了剧烈的变化,外来文化也悄无声息地渗透到民族地区,强烈地冲击着我国民族地区的传统文化的生存和发展。民族地区如何应对这些冲击关系到我国民族文化的安全与生存。大理白族本主文化源远流长,产生于南诏时期,是大理市域内白族文化的集中体现,是我国乃至世界优秀的传统文化。随着文化交流的频繁,多种文化影响着大理市人民群众的思维方式、行为方式、生活方式,白族本主文化在大理市域内的影响在数量上、广泛度和年龄结构上发生了深刻的变化,白族本主文化的影响力在逐年减少,尤其是年轻一代对白族本主文化的继承出现可能断代的局面,这将给白族本主文化造成不可估量的损失。笔者出于保护家乡优秀传统文化的责任感,尝试运用研究生学习中学到的公共管理理论知识,从政府文化职能、有限政府、非政府组织等理论,借鉴国内外4个案例的经验和教训,结合大理市白族本主文化的实际,来试图探讨大理市政府对市域内白族本主文化传承保护管理的研究。通过研究,本文认为:大理市政府可以尝试在制度建设方面、利用非政府组织等方面对白族本主文化做更好地保护,作为繁荣民族地区的传统文化和经济的一种有效方式;同时挖掘白族本主文化里与社会主义价值观相统一的理念,发挥白族本主文化的教化功能,团结不同民族、稳定边疆地区的民族发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economic globalization and the increasing opening to the outside world in our country, the way of thinking, behavior and way of life of people in ethnic areas of our country have undergone drastic changes, and foreign cultures have quietly penetrated into ethnic areas. Strong impact on the survival and development of traditional culture in ethnic areas of China. How to deal with these impacts in ethnic areas is related to the security and survival of our national culture. The main culture of the Bai nationality in Dali has a long history and originated in Nanzhao period. It is the concentrated embodiment of Bai culture in Dali region and the outstanding traditional culture of our country and even the world. With the frequent cultural exchanges, many kinds of cultures affect the way of thinking, behavior, life style of the people in Dali, and the influence of Bai's native culture on the quantity of the Dali area. Profound changes have taken place in breadth and age structure, and the influence of Bai's native culture is decreasing year by year. Especially, the younger generation's succession to Bai's own dominant culture may be dated. This will cause incalculable loss to Bai people's native culture. Out of the sense of responsibility of protecting the excellent traditional culture in my hometown, the author tries to apply the theoretical knowledge of public management learned from graduate students, from the theory of government cultural function, limited government, non-governmental organization and so on. Based on the experience and lessons of four cases at home and abroad, this paper attempts to explore the research on the protection and management of Bai main culture in Dali city by combining with the actual situation of Bai native culture in Dali city. Through the research, this paper thinks: Dali city government can try to make better protection to Bai nationality native culture in the aspect of system construction, using non-governmental organization and so on, as a kind of effective way of prospering traditional culture and economy in minority areas; At the same time, it excavates the concept of unity with socialist values in Bai nationality's main culture, exerts the enlightenment function of Bai nationality's main culture, unites different nationalities, and stabilizes the national development of frontier area.
