舟山海岛文化生态保护研究

【摘要】：海洋经济发展和海岛开发建设,导致一些海岛自然生态环境被破坏,文化生态环境被改变。为了解决把海洋生态文明建设纳入海洋开发总布局之中,坚持开发和保护并重、污染防治和生态修复并举,科学合理开发利用海洋资源,维护海洋自然再生产能力的问题,本文采用文化生态的全局视角分析舟山海岛文化生态环境、文化生态系统的演化、文化生态资源的类型与特点,提出舟山海岛文化生态保护策略与实践指导；指出当代文化生态学的理论发展与实践指导方向在于综合考虑文化、生态、经济、技术等多方面因素,以人为本,促进入与自然的协调发展和文脉的传承与更新。本文的研究系统梳理了近年来文化生态保护的工作成果,及时总结、交流了保护经验。海岛自然环境的相对封闭性和文化生态容易受到外来文化影响的外源性,使得有着复杂历史背景与当前浙江舟山群岛新区大发展形势下的舟山海岛文化生态保护研究,对全国沿海海岛经济开发与文化生态保护的实践具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The development of marine economy and the development and construction of the islands lead to the destruction of the natural ecological environment and the change of the cultural ecological environment of some islands. In order to solve the problem of bringing the construction of marine ecological civilization into the overall layout of marine development, attaching equal importance to development and protection, simultaneously carrying out pollution prevention and ecological restoration, scientifically and rationally developing and utilizing marine resources, and maintaining the natural reproduction capacity of the ocean, This paper analyzes the cultural ecological environment, the evolution of cultural ecosystem, the types and characteristics of cultural ecological resources in Zhoushan Island from the overall perspective of cultural ecology, and puts forward the strategies and practical guidance for the protection of cultural ecology in Zhoushan Island. It is pointed out that the direction of theoretical development and practice of contemporary cultural ecology lies in the consideration of culture, ecology, economy, technology, and so on, so as to promote the harmonious development of entry and nature and the inheritance and renewal of context. The research system of this paper combs the achievements of cultural ecological protection in recent years, summarizes and exchanges the experience of conservation in time. The relative closeness of the island's natural environment and the exogenous influence of foreign culture on cultural ecology make it possible to study the ecological protection of Zhoushan island culture under the complicated historical background and the current situation of the development of Zhoushan Islands' New District in Zhejiang Province. It can be used for reference in the practice of economic development and cultural and ecological protection of coastal islands in China.
