【摘要】：中国特色社会主义社会在21世纪进入到发展的新阶段，经济发展、政治民主、文化建设、生态文明都对文化事业发展提出了全新的挑战。从当今世界的发展潮流来看，文化发展制高点在某种程度上代表着强大的国际竞争力、主动权和话语权。就福建厦门市而言，文化事业则是一座城市名片和社会和谐的重要载体。文化事业繁荣与否关系着厦门城市形象的构建、关系着厦门市民思想文化素质的提升，关系着厦门综合竞争实力的增强，文化事业繁荣状况是经济社会发展程度的重要体现。因此，推动文化事业实现全面繁荣是当前厦门社会发展的一项重要议题，，对此研究也具有极强的现实意义。本论文从厦门入手，以马克思主义理论和中共理论体系为指导思想，重在剖析一个城市文化事业发展的意义和实施路径。首先，论文通过对文化事业繁荣理论的梳理，认为文化事业的文化资本理论对厦门具有一定的指导作用，非营利性文化理论能与厦门的特色社会主义文化建设紧密结合；当然，马列主义体系下的文化观点正是厦门社会文化事业的指导纲领。其次论文分析了中国共产党历代领导集体关于文化事业发展的思想，重点研究了国内外繁荣文化事业的成功经验，比如美国、欧美、日本以及国内上海、北京、深圳等城市的典型做法，并提炼了对厦门有益的经验启示。再次论文研究了厦门繁荣社会主义文化事业的主要成效和现实问题，并对此进行归因分析和影响分析。论文使用了调查问卷方法，对厦门市重点人群进行文化事业领域的问卷，调查结果显示大多数人群对厦门文化事业发展较为满意，认为民间文化机构较为发达。改革开放以来，厦门在繁荣文化事业过程中取得了卓越的成效，在全国范围内处于较领先的水平，但同时厦门文化事业与发达国家、国内中心一线城市仍存在一定的差距。因此，本研究认为厦门应该以辩证的角度来看待文化事业单位的发展挑战，对文化事业发展的不利影响必须给予高度重视。论文最后提出通过思想观念的创新、改革定位与规划的明确、工作队伍的扩大、经费投入的增加、长效机制的健全等五方面的措施，进而推动厦门市文化事业全面繁荣。
[Abstract]:The socialist society with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development in the 21st century. Economic development, political democracy, cultural construction and ecological civilization have all posed new challenges to the development of cultural undertakings. From the development trend of today's world, the commanding height of cultural development to some extent represents the strong international competitiveness, initiative and speaking power. As far as Xiamen is concerned, cultural undertaking is an important carrier of city business card and social harmony. The prosperity of cultural undertakings is related to the construction of Xiamen city image, the promotion of Xiamen citizens' ideological and cultural quality, and the enhancement of Xiamen's comprehensive competitive strength. The prosperity of cultural undertakings is an important embodiment of the degree of economic and social development. Therefore, to promote the overall prosperity of cultural undertakings is an important issue for the current development of Xiamen society, and this study also has a strong practical significance. This paper starts with Xiamen, takes Marxism theory and the theory system of the Communist Party of China as the guiding ideology, and analyzes the significance and implementation path of the development of a city's cultural cause. First of all, by combing the theory of cultural prosperity, the thesis thinks that the cultural capital theory of cultural cause has certain guiding role to Xiamen, and the non-profit cultural theory can be closely combined with the construction of Xiamen's characteristic socialist culture; of course, The cultural viewpoint under the Marxism-Leninism system is the guiding principle of Xiamen's social and cultural undertakings. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the thoughts of the leading collectives of the Communist Party of China on the development of cultural undertakings, and focuses on the successful experiences of prosperous cultural undertakings at home and abroad, such as the United States, Europe and the United States, Japan, as well as the domestic Shanghai and Beijing. Shenzhen and other cities typical practice, and refine the beneficial experience of Xiamen enlightenment. Thirdly, the paper studies the main achievements and practical problems of Xiamen's prosperous socialist cultural cause, and makes attribution analysis and influence analysis. The paper uses the questionnaire method to carry on the questionnaire to the Xiamen key population in the cultural undertaking domain. The result shows that the majority of the people are satisfied with the Xiamen cultural development, and think that the folk cultural institutions are more developed. Since the reform and opening up, Xiamen has made remarkable achievements in the process of flourishing cultural undertakings, and is in the leading level in the whole country. But at the same time, there is still a certain gap between Xiamen's cultural undertakings and the developed countries and the domestic central cities. Therefore, this study holds that Xiamen should look at the development challenges of cultural institutions from a dialectical perspective and attach great importance to the adverse effects on the development of cultural undertakings. Finally, the paper puts forward five measures to promote the overall prosperity of cultural undertakings in Xiamen through the innovation of ideology, the clear orientation and planning of reform, the expansion of work force, the increase of funds input and the perfection of long-term mechanism.
