“一带一路”开创大国崛起新模式

【摘要】：大国兴衰是一条历史规律。从某种角度看,我们处于中国崛起的时代,今天的中国正处于第四次崛起之中。谈到大国崛起,从近代以来,我们大致可以归纳出三种主要崛起方式。第一种是挑战现存大国的军事战略方式,第二种是搭便车方式,第三种是以经济利益优先的霸权方式。中国发展到今天,已经进入到影响世界的阶段,外部崛起的重要性凸显。但是,无论国际环境,还是自身的发展,都决定了中国的崛起不能走西方霸权主义的老路,必须进行战略创新,走和平发展、互利共赢的新路。"一带一路"战略就是符合时代要求的战略设计,它是和平型、文化型、共赢型、开放型战略模式。
[Abstract]:The rise and fall of great powers is a historical rule. From a certain point of view, we are in the era of China's rise, and today China is in its fourth rise. When it comes to the rise of great powers, since modern times, we can roughly sum up three main ways of rising. The first is to challenge the military strategy of the existing powers, the second is to hitchhike, and the third is to give priority to economic interests. Today, China has entered the stage of influencing the world, and the importance of external rise has been highlighted. However, both the international environment and its own development have determined that China's rise cannot follow the old path of Western hegemonism, and it must carry out strategic innovation, take a new path of peaceful development, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. " Belt and Road "strategy is a strategic design that meets the requirements of the times. It is a peaceful, cultural, win-win and open strategic model."
