农村公共文化建设模式与实践

【摘要】：农村公共文化建设,不仅是我国文化建设的组成部分,而且是新农村建设的重要方面,关乎农村社会现代化的全局。伴随农村公共文化建设的政策实践,各地因地制宜、探索形成了多种创新性的建设模式,比较典型的有政府主导、精英引导、市场驱动等模式。这些实践模式,有效地提升了基层公共文化服务的质量和效率,更好地满足了农民群众多样化的文化需求。应理性地评估每种模式的价值,实现多元动力的有效组合,再造一种更有效率、更具活力的复合型文化发展模式。
[Abstract]:The construction of rural public culture is not only an integral part of the cultural construction of our country, but also an important aspect of the construction of the new countryside, which is related to the overall situation of the modernization of rural society. With the policy practice of rural public culture construction, various innovative construction models have been explored and formed in various places according to local conditions, such as government leading, elite leading, market driving and so on. These practical models effectively improve the quality and efficiency of grass-roots public cultural services and better meet the diverse cultural needs of farmers. We should rationally evaluate the value of each model, realize the effective combination of multiple motive forces, and recreate a more efficient and dynamic complex cultural development model.
