【摘要】：处理好展示城市形象和展开城市功能之间的关系,对于中小城市尤为重要。不断提升城市品质、为城市发展注入生动而丰富的文化内容,已经成为现阶段最为重要的问题。以人民为中心的城市文化实践,是提升中小城市文化空间质量和效能的核心所在。
[Abstract]:It is very important for medium and small cities to deal with the relationship between displaying city image and developing city function. It has become the most important issue to improve the quality of cities and inject vivid and rich cultural contents into the development of cities. The practice of people-centered urban culture is the core of improving the quality and efficiency of cultural space in medium and small cities.
