法语联盟对孔子学院在跨文化传播方面的启示

【摘要】：改革开放以来，，中国的国力日益增强。中国在处理国际事务中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是，在对外文化传播方面，中国相对于法国等西方国家略显不足。为了推广汉语和传播中华文化，2004年，全球第一所孔子学院在韩国首尔建立。随后，世界各地纷纷建立孔子学院。截止到2013年，全球已建立四百多所孔子学院，分布在113个国家。孔子学院以教授汉语和传播中华文化为主要任务，为促进中外文化沟通交流做出了重要贡献。然而，由于起步较晚，发展过快，孔子学院在中华文化的跨文化传播的过程中仍存在着许多问题。法语联盟，是一所致力于在世界各地推广法语及传播法国文化的机构.自1883年创建以来，它已有一百多年的历史。它在法国文化推广方面取得了卓越成果，获得了世界的认可。尤其是在中国，法语联盟作为传播法国语言文化的民间组织，积极适应各地的实际情况，不断创新与发展。它在传播语言文化，促进文化交流等方面积累了很多的宝贵经验，其价值早已得到广泛的认可，为我国正在发展中的孔子学院更好地进行跨文化传播提供了借鉴。本文将对孔子学院在中国文化的跨文化传播中存在的问题进行分析和研究，探索法语联盟在推广语言与文化方面取得成功的原因。最后，针对孔子学院目前面临的问题和挑战，借鉴法语联盟的成功经验，笔者力求对孔子学院更好地传播中国文化提出一些建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's national strength is increasing. China is playing an increasingly important role in handling international affairs. However, in terms of foreign cultural communication, China is a little less than France and other Western countries. In order to promote Chinese and spread Chinese culture, the world's first Confucius Institute was established in Seoul, South Korea, in 2004. Later, Confucius Institutes were set up around the world. By 2013, more than 400 Confucius Institutes had been established in 113 countries. The main task of Confucius Institute is to teach Chinese and spread Chinese culture. However, due to the late start and rapid development, Confucius Institutes still have many problems in the process of cross-cultural transmission of Chinese culture. La Francophonie is an organization dedicated to the promotion of French and the spread of French culture around the world. It has a history of more than one hundred years since it was founded in 1883. It has made remarkable achievements in the promotion of French culture and has been recognized by the world. Especially in China, the French Union, as a non-governmental organization for the dissemination of French language and culture, actively adapts to the actual situation and innovates and develops constantly. It has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in spreading language and culture, promoting cultural exchange, and its value has been widely recognized, which provides a reference for the developing Confucius Institutes in China to better carry out cross-cultural communication. This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the cross-cultural communication of Chinese culture by Confucius Institutes, and explores the reasons for the success of the French Union in the promotion of language and culture. Finally, aiming at the problems and challenges faced by Confucius Institutes at present, and drawing on the successful experience of the French Union, the author tries to put forward some suggestions for the better dissemination of Chinese culture by Confucius Institutes.
