工业生产要素匮乏的多民族地区经济发展策略探析

【摘要】：文章以中国西部青海省的经济发展数据为研究基础,从发展民族文化产业的必要性入手,分析在民族多样化且自然资源匮乏的地区,如何利用文化产业快速发展本地经济并缓解民族冲突。借由青海省最具代表性的拉面经济作为案例,文章粗略分析了民俗产业在青海的未来发展空间以及潜在经济利益。结合青海的经济现况来看,当地政府不应该一味地学习中国东部的成功案例,强行大力发展制造业和进出口贸易。反之,应当积极审视当地的竞争优势,通过发展少数民族产业来充分实现少数民族的就业转移、提高少数民族的收入水平,从而也间接达到缓解民族冲突、组建和谐社会这一目的。深入研究青海省的经济形势以及发展方向,不仅能够为其他处于相似环境的省份(例如,新疆、西藏)带来新的发展思路,也能够为不少地处偏远的多民族国家提供一个更加符合实际的经济发展样本。
[Abstract]:Based on the economic development data of Qinghai Province in the west of China, this paper starts with the necessity of developing the national cultural industry, and analyzes the areas where the ethnic diversity and natural resources are scarce. How to use the cultural industry to develop the local economy and ease ethnic conflicts. By taking Qinghai Province's most representative ramen economy as an example, the paper roughly analyzes the future development space and potential economic benefits of folk custom industry in Qinghai. According to the present economic situation in Qinghai, the local government should not blindly learn from the successful cases of eastern China and forcefully develop manufacturing industry and import and export trade. On the contrary, we should actively examine the local competitive advantages, fully realize the employment transfer of ethnic minorities through the development of minority industries, raise the income level of ethnic minorities, and thus indirectly alleviate ethnic conflicts. The purpose of building a harmonious society. An in-depth study of the economic situation and development direction of Qinghai Province can not only bring new development ideas to other provinces with similar environments (for example, Xinjiang and Tibet), It can also provide a more realistic example of economic development for many remote multi-ethnic countries.
