广西博白响铜器制作工艺研究

【摘要】：响铜器，尤其是铜锣、铜镲是流传于广西非常重要的民间打击乐器，其历史悠久，传统久远，，是广西当地最重要的民俗活动的组成部分。在广西博白实地调研的基础上对广西博白响铜器制作工艺及其工艺特点进行了初步的研究和归纳。文章的正文分为五部分：一是响铜器的理论基础，包括响铜器的定义、分类、使用方法、铜锣的历史渊源、广西使用响铜器的历史等内容，对响铜器的基本知识进行阐述。二是详细介绍田野调研地一一博白的历史、人文、民俗等基本情况；响铜器的传承人曾昭泰师傅及其工艺传承方式等内容。三是响铜器制作工序的详细描述，穿插对比古今配方、工序差别等内容，重点描述博白曾氏兄弟锣镲作坊制作响铜器的每一道制作工序，力求还原中国响铜器制作工艺的传统流程。四是通过传承人对制作工艺特点的描述，得出曾氏兄弟作坊响铜器制作工艺特点，并进行分析归纳。五是对响铜器乃至中国非物质文化遗产的保护提出建议。
[Abstract]:Sound bronze ware, especially gongs and cymbals, is a very important folk percussion instrument, which has a long history and a long tradition. It is the most important part of local folk activities in Guangxi. The main body of the chapter is divided into five parts: first, the theoretical basis of the sound bronze, including the definition of sound bronze, classification, the use of methods, the historical origin of gongs, Guangxi use of sound bronze history, etc., to elaborate on the basic knowledge of sound bronze. Master Zeng Zhaotai, the inheritor of the bronze ware, and his inheritance of the craft. The third part is the detailed description of the making process of the bronze ware, the comparison of ancient and modern formula, the difference of the working procedure and so on. Through the description of the handicraft characteristics of the inheritors, this paper obtains the handicraft characteristics of the brothers'workshop, and analyzes and summarizes them. Fifth, it puts forward some suggestions on the protection of the bronzes and even the intangible cultural heritage of China.
