麟游古城历史文化遗产保护利用策略研究

【摘要】：近些年来，随着人类的发展和城市的扩张，城市建设和保护城市历史文化产物的矛盾日益凸显，许多古城在不同程度上都受到了经济发展的冲击，古城的文化、城市的特色、历史的遗产都在经历着前所未有的削弱，因此，古城历史文化遗产的保护变得越来越重要，怎样利用古城历史文化遗产振兴古城，也成了亟待解决的问题。麟游古城是一座有着丰富历史资源、文化资源、自然资源的城市，但对于麟游古城历史文化遗产资源的保护利用却始终停留在被动层面，使得麟游古城缺乏应有的古城特色，历史文化遗产也在遭到不同程度的破坏。本文根据论述古城变迁、历史沿革等基础信息；分析麟游古城现状、历史遗迹、自然资源等多方面条件；结合城市更新、城市意象、分类保护、可持续发展等多方面理论；联系古城城市空间特质、城市功能分布、城市结构等城市特色；对古城逐步提出由点到线、由线到面的保护层级，逐渐形成循环保护、政策保护、更新保护等多方面的积极保护体系。通过以上手段促使麟游古城历史文化遗产由被动保护变为积极保护，促使麟游古城特色建设，发展麟游古城历史文化空间，解决麟游古城保护矛盾，提升麟游古城“城市精神”。以及对同一类型的历史文化古城提供理论借鉴，形成新一代的保护机制，解决相关古城保护与城市经济发展的矛盾，重塑古城历史文化特色，传承古城历史文化精神。第一章绪论。阐述研究目的和意义，追溯国内外理论和实践，提出研究内容和方法。第二章分析麟游古城的概况、历史、自然环境特征等多方面因素，研究麟游古城发展演变与历史文化遗产的关系。第三章从形态、类型、历史、位置、现状情况等多方面对历史文化遗产进行归纳总结。第四章分析古城历史文化遗产与城市空间直接的联系，阐述从城市功能，城市布局，城市风貌等多个方面出发对古城历史文化遗产的研究。第五章是本文的落脚点，提出由点到线、由线到面的保护方法，再给出各个功能的拓展方案，形成保护体系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of human beings and the expansion of the city, the contradiction between urban construction and the protection of the historical and cultural products of the city has become increasingly prominent. Many ancient cities have been impacted by the economic development in varying degrees, the culture of the ancient city and the characteristics of the city. The historical heritage is experiencing unprecedented weakening. Therefore, the protection of the historical and cultural heritage of the ancient city has become more and more important. How to use the historical and cultural heritage of the ancient city to revitalize the ancient city has also become an urgent problem to be solved. Linyou ancient city is a city with rich historical resources, cultural resources and natural resources, but the protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritage resources of Linyou ancient city has always remained on the passive level, which makes Linyou ancient city lack its own characteristics of ancient city. Historical and cultural heritage is also being damaged to varying degrees. Based on the basic information of ancient city changes, historical evolution, analysis of the present situation, historical relics, natural resources, and so on, this paper combines the theories of urban renewal, city image, classification and protection, sustainable development, etc. Connecting with the urban characteristics of ancient cities, such as urban function distribution, urban structure and so on, gradually putting forward protection levels from point to line and from line to plane, gradually forming circular protection and policy protection, Update protection and other aspects of active protection system. Through the above means, the historical and cultural heritage of Linyou ancient city is changed from passive protection to active protection, and to promote the unique construction of the ancient city, to develop the historical and cultural space of the ancient city, and to solve the contradiction of the protection of the ancient city. Promote the rarity of the ancient city of "urban spirit". And to provide theoretical reference for the same type of historical and cultural ancient cities, form a new generation of protection mechanism, solve the contradiction between the protection of related ancient cities and urban economic development, reshape the historical and cultural characteristics of ancient cities, and inherit the historical and cultural spirit of ancient cities. The first chapter is introduction. This paper expounds the purpose and significance of the research, traces the theory and practice at home and abroad, and puts forward the research contents and methods. The second chapter analyzes the general situation, history, natural environment and other factors of Linyou ancient city, and studies the relationship between the development and evolution of Linyou ancient city and the historical and cultural heritage. The third chapter summarizes the historical and cultural heritage from the aspects of form, type, history, position, current situation and so on. The fourth chapter analyzes the direct relationship between the historical and cultural heritage of ancient cities and urban space, and expounds the study of historical and cultural heritage of ancient cities from the aspects of urban function, urban layout, urban features and so on. The fifth chapter is the foothold of this paper, puts forward the protection method from point to line, from line to surface, and then gives the expansion scheme of each function to form the protection system.
