关于农业文化遗产普查与保护的思考

【摘要】：自2002年联合国粮农组织提出"全球重要农业文化遗产"的概念以来,中国的农业文化遗产保护经验受到了国际社会的广泛关注。今年中央一号文件明确提出开展农业文化遗产普查与保护,指出了当前农业文化遗产工作的重点。认为开展农业文化遗产普查与保护,需要深刻认识农业文化遗产的概念与内涵,科学把握保护农业文化遗产与发展现代农业的关系;提出了开展农业文化遗产普查应做好总体设计、统一实施、科学分析、系统集成四项基本工作,并阐述了农业文化遗产保护应重点解决为何保护、保护什么、谁来保护、如何保护4个关键问题。
[Abstract]:Since the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) put forward the concept of "global important agricultural cultural heritage" in 2002, China's agricultural cultural heritage protection experience has been widely concerned by the international community. This year's No. 1 document of the Central Committee clearly proposed to carry out a general survey and protection of agricultural cultural heritage, and pointed out the key points of the current agricultural cultural heritage work. In order to carry out the survey and protection of agricultural cultural heritage, it is necessary to deeply understand the concept and connotation of agricultural cultural heritage and scientifically grasp the relationship between the protection of agricultural cultural heritage and the development of modern agriculture. This paper puts forward four basic works: overall design, unified implementation, scientific analysis and systematic integration in carrying out the agricultural cultural heritage survey, and expounds why, what and who should protect the agricultural cultural heritage. How to protect the four key problems.
