试论文化软实力提升的战略意义

【摘要】：文化软实力具有丰富的内涵,它们包含多重要素,并且在一个民族及国家中发挥着极其重要的潜在的作用,是未来衡量国家对内对外方略的参照,也是当下我们治国理政的重要依据;提升文化软实力与培育和践行社会主义核心价值观相辅相成,它对于建设社会主义文化强国、提升文化自信等都具有重要价值;提升国家文化软实力须从中华优秀传统文化中汲取营养,在继承和弘扬的基础上需要进取、创新,进而进行创造性的转化,以发挥其推动社会发展和历史进步的积极作用。
[Abstract]:Cultural soft power has a rich connotation, they contain many elements, and play an extremely important potential role in a nation and a country, which is the reference to measure the country's internal and external strategy in the future. It is also an important basis for us to manage our country. The promotion of cultural soft power and the cultivation and practice of socialist core values complement each other. In order to promote the soft power of national culture, it is necessary to draw nutrients from the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and on the basis of inheritance and promotion, it is necessary to forge ahead, innovate, and then carry out creative transformation, so as to give play to its positive role in promoting social development and historical progress.
