城乡一体化进程中的文化冲突及其解决对策

【摘要】：在改革开放30年来社会转型时期的国内背景下,在全球化、多元化、信息化的时代背景下,在国内人们的价值体系发生深刻变化的社会背景下,传统城乡二元结构使得农村的经济水平、生活质量、文化发展程度远远低于城市。城乡一体化的发展战略便应运而生。城乡一体化体现在经济、政治、文化、社会、生态“五位一体”的一体化。文化在城乡一体化中具有重要作用。城乡一体化过程中存在着文化冲突,也就是城市居民和乡村居民由于其生产生活环境不同而导致的在交流和接触过程中表现出来的思想道德、价值观念、心理思想等精神层面的冲突。而城乡文化冲突给社会带来的消极影响也是不可估量的。因此,有必要从城乡文化各自的内涵和特点、城乡文化的差异及冲突、城乡文化冲突的原因和实质、城乡文化冲突的解决对策方面进行思考,从而为加快城乡一体化进程起到有力的促进作用。本文从城乡一体化的提出和发展入手,首先阐述了城乡一体化的实质及内容,然后分析城市文化与乡村文化各自的内涵及其特点,在此基础之上分析了城乡一体化发展中解决文化冲突的意义。接下来,本论文着重论述了城乡文化和乡村文化的差异及冲突的表现,也就是思想观念上的、心理上的和行为习惯与模式的差异与冲突。在分析了城乡文化冲突的现象之后,就开始剖析城乡文化冲突的原因和实质。城乡文化冲突的实质是农业文化与工业文化的冲突、传统文化与现代文化的冲突和外来文化与本土文化的冲突。最后,多方面多角度地对城乡一体化发展中文化冲突的解决对策进行了探讨,也就是合理调整空间布局、促进郊区经济水平和综合实力的提高、保证城乡人民享受同等社会福利与保障、实现生态经济社会的统一。

In order to speed up the process of urban and rural integration play a powerful role in promoting. On this basis, it analyzes the significance of resolving cultural conflicts in the development of urban and rural integration. Finally, the paper discusses the countermeasures to solve the cultural conflict in the development of urban-rural integration from various angles, that is, to adjust the spatial layout rationally and to promote the improvement of the economic level and comprehensive strength of the suburbs.
