中国—中东欧国家人文交流现状评估与对策建议

【摘要】：人文交流有助于各国民众加深了解、沟通顺畅,这为不同文化背景的国家之间增进政治互信,加强经贸合作打下了坚实基础。此外,高质量的人文交流是改善国家形象、提升国家软实力和国际影响力的有效手段。本文通过对中国—中东欧国家人文交流现状进行梳理,针对目前"16+1"合作机制在人文交流方面存在的挑战和瓶颈加以分析,并提出具有可操作性的建议。
[Abstract]:People-to-people exchanges are conducive to better understanding and smooth communication among people in various countries, which has laid a solid foundation for enhancing political mutual trust and strengthening economic and trade cooperation among countries with different cultural backgrounds. In addition, high-quality human communication is an effective means to improve national image and enhance national soft power and international influence. By combing the present situation of humanistic communication between China and Central and Eastern European countries, this paper analyzes the challenges and bottlenecks of the present "161" cooperation mechanism in human communication, and puts forward some operable suggestions.
