城市更新与文化策略调适

【摘要】：城市更新是城市化进程中的重要内容,是推进城市可持续发展的重要力量。在城市更新中,文化作为资本发挥着日益重要的作用。在全球化和城市经济现代转型的语境下,城市更新为城市文化建设提供了前所未有的空间与多样发展路径。中国城市发展的环境较为复杂,决定了城市更新中文化必须适应全球化趋势、民众诉求,遵循城市自身发展规律。中国城市更新中文化策略的制定,必须调适好城市形态多样性与城市顶层设计、公共文化设施建设与城市文化空间、地方文化生活与网络文化空间、地方历史文化遗存与城市新区文化、城市经济转型与文化创意产业五组关系,以国家新型城镇化建设目标为引领,建构城市更新中的文化自组织系统,推进城市的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Urban renewal is an important content in the process of urbanization and an important force to promote the sustainable development of cities. Culture, as capital, plays an increasingly important role in urban renewal. In the context of globalization and modern transformation of urban economy, urban renewal provides unprecedented space and various development paths for urban cultural construction. The environment of urban development in China is more complex, which determines that the culture in urban renewal must adapt to the trend of globalization, the people demand, and follow the law of urban development itself. In order to formulate the cultural strategy in the urban renewal of China, it is necessary to adjust the diversity of urban forms and the design of the top level of the city, the construction of public cultural facilities and the urban cultural space, the local cultural life and the cultural space of the network. The relationship between local historical and cultural relics and the culture of new urban areas, the transformation of urban economy and the cultural and creative industries, is guided by the goal of the new urbanization construction of the country, and the self-organizing system of culture in the process of urban renewal is constructed to promote the sustainable development of the city.
