多元文化政策在西欧国家之中的挑战以及未来发展

　　当今世界,在许多国家之中,多元文化现象已经越来越普及。与此同时,这些国家也面临着许多因文化差异而导致的各种严重问题,这种现象在部分西欧发达国家尤为突出,例如英国,德国和法国。目前,在全世界范围内,文化多元化政策是解决社会中相关文化差异问题的主流方法。虽然有理论认为文化多元化政策在一定程度上导致了许多西欧国家失败的种群融合,但这种政策在诸如加拿大等移民国家中却实施得十分成功。学习欧洲多文化政策的主要目的是为了阐明以下问题:在欧洲诸国正在实施的政策是否实际上符合文化多元化主义的核心思想?在实施文化多元化政策时,所面临的主要障碍是什么?在西欧国家之中,文化多元化政策的前景又如何?为了回答这些问题,本文首先明确了文化多元化政策的精准含义,接着分析了加拿大成功的文化多元化政策案例,创造了一种文化多元化政策实施的实际模型,并将之与英国、德国和法国的现有政策相比较。本文最终结果说明,在欧洲从未有合适的文化多元化政策,社会之中的各个阶级从未达到互利共赢的地步。综上所述,欧洲国家仍需完善其文化多元化政策。
