基于语料库的情感咨询中建议策略研究

　　建议是会话互动中的一种常见活动,长期以来一直受到国内外学者的关注。学者们研究了不同语境下的建议行为,并探讨了建议行为的语言特征、方式和策略。本研究探讨了一组中国广播节目主持人在向来电者提供建议时所使用的礼貌策略,也探讨了礼貌策略在情感咨询中的语用功能。本文提出了两个研究问题:1)在情感咨询中主持人如何使用建议策略?2)礼貌策略在情感咨询中有什么语用功能?本研究的语料取自于一个自建语料库,即日常话语语料库,其中收集了从2013年至2018年的100篇情感咨询语料。本研究从语料库中随机选取了30篇情感咨询语料,每个节目10篇。电话通话总时长为3.9小时,共计68756个字。在该语料中,共识别出204条建议。当研究建议行为时,作者采用布朗和莱文森的礼貌模型,以进一步探讨主持人所使用的积极礼貌策略和消极礼貌策略。经过对数据进行分析,获得了一些研究发现。首先,根据本研究的语料显示,主持人在提出建议时既使用了积极礼貌策略,也使用了消极礼貌策略。语料中所使用的积极礼貌策略包括向来电者表示关心、提供理据、转移关注、使用表示团结的标记语、使用方言和寻求一致策略。然而,使用的消极礼貌策略包括承认侵犯和使用...
