【摘要】：厅是清中后期设立于地方的行政机构之一,在绥远地区甚至整个蒙古地区的地方设置中具有突出的地位。它作为现在内蒙古许多县的前身,为内蒙古西部地区后来的行政区域的形成与发展奠定了基础。那么由厅到县的历史过程是什么样的,在这个过程中经济,包括人口、农工商业,社会,包括人们的生活状况、教育、鸦片及妇女问题,是如何变迁着的,本文就是以18—20世纪清水河行政建置的变迁,即由清水河由厅到县的演变过程为主线,分析在行政变迁基础上清水河地区经济、社会的变迁,具体包括人口、财政状况、农工商业、教育、风俗、宗教信仰、鸦片及妇女问题等。通过本文的论述,希望可以对清水河由厅到县演变的过程及其经济社会变迁有深入的了解。
[Abstract]:Hall is one of the local administrative organs established in the middle and late Qing Dynasty, which has a prominent position in the local setting of Suiyuan region and even the whole Mongolian region. It is the predecessor of many counties in Inner Mongolia now. It laid a foundation for the formation and development of the administrative region in the western part of Inner Mongolia. Well, what is the historical process from the hall to the county? how is the economy, including the population, agriculture, industry and commerce, society, including people's living conditions, education, opium and women's issues changing in this process? This paper is based on the change of administrative construction of Qingshuihe in the 18-20 century, that is, the evolution process from Qingshuihe to county, and analyzes the economic and social changes of Qingshuihe area on the basis of administrative vicissitude. Including population, financial situation, agriculture, industry and commerce, education, customs, religious beliefs, opium and women's issues. I hope to have a deep understanding of the evolution of Qingshui River from county to county and its economic and social changes.
