论苏兆征与国民革命中的省港大罢工

【摘要】：当西方人权思想和马克思主义先后传入,人权意识开始苏醒,工人权利开始受到尊重时,近代中国正处在北洋军阀混战,列强全面侵略,资本主义经济缓慢发展的大动荡中。20世纪20年代至30年代的中国工运浪潮就是在这个大背景下应运而生的。由海员以及工矿工人直接参与,力图在动荡的中国争取工人经济、文化乃至民主和人权等方面的权利。苏兆征参与、组织、领导了数次工运,身份也经历了海员、国民党员、中共党员、中共重要领导人等数次重大演变。在实践中,苏兆征表现出对工人阶级革命的追求。苏兆征领导的海员罢工为中国近代工人运动的重要组成部分,中国共产党以其发动群众运动的丰富经验,以其对无产阶级社会主义的理解,在20年代这个特定的时期影响了苏兆征对工人罢工运动政策的制定和实施。从整体上看,苏兆征20世纪20年代对工运事业把握住了工人阶级政治和经济需求的方向,保持了工人运动的稳定发展,为国民革命奠定了群众运动基础。然而20世纪20年代的工人运动虽然规模、影响较大,其舆论准备充分、筹备周密、范围遍布全国,但由于当时政局不稳、经济紧张、政府财政支持枯竭、领导者自身力量薄弱,因此最后未能取得期望的结果,给当时及后世的人们留下了深刻的反思。20世纪20年代的中国,国共两党曾共同高举工人运动的旗帜,但由于源自不同的政治理念与思想资源,双方对工人运动内涵的理解并不一致,在合作过程中对于工人运动问题也时有摩擦。在一个相同的政治行为之下,国共两党实际上执行着不同的工人运动策略。本文通过爬梳20世纪20年代至30年代的报纸评论,苏兆征的个人撰述、演说和时人议论等相关材料,注意到这一时期的省港大罢工是苏兆征事业的重要转折点,尝试厘清中年苏兆征在国民革命期间的省港大罢工中的转变及其反思。
