【摘要】： 七七事变后,八路军129师正确执行中共中央指示,在河北南部创建了冀南抗日根据地。冀南抗日根据地经历了从小到大,从弱到强的发展过程。在建立抗日根据地的过程中,八路军对冀南的土匪、会门及国民党旧军官领导的游杂武装进行了改编,实行争取和武装解决的双重政策,同时灵活运用这些政策,在不同的地区,在抗日战争的不同时期,或与游杂武装联合,或与之进行坚决的斗争,很快结束了冀南“司令如毛,土匪遍地”的现象,稳定了冀南的局势。通过改编游杂武装,八路军在冀南的军事力量得到了很快的增长,为之后中共与国民党顽固派、日军及伪军斗争的胜利赢得了砝码。本文介绍了八路军在冀南改编游杂武装的过程,并且对八路军改编游杂武装的方针、政策、措施进行了详细的分析。全文由前言、正文、结语三部分组成。其中,正文部分又分为三部分: 第一部分介绍了冀南游杂武装产生的背景、原因与七七事变后冀南游杂武装的概况。这是文章的铺垫部分。第二部分介绍了七七事变后八路军创建冀南抗日根据地的大致过程,分析了改编游杂武装的必要性,细致地阐述了八路军对会门武装、土匪武装与旧军官所领导的武装改编经过和分别采取的不同政策。这是文章的重点部分,通过史论结合的方式,探析八路军对游杂武装的改编和政策。第三部分分析了八路军改编游杂武装的得与失,总结了八路军改编这些武装的经验和教训,为今天我党的执政提供了前车之鉴。
[Abstract]:After the July 7th incident, the 129th Division of the eighth Route Army correctly carried out the instructions of the CPC Central Committee and established the South Hebei Anti-Japanese Base area in the south of Hebei. The Anti-Japanese Base area in Southern Hebei experienced a process of development from small to large, from weak to strong. In the process of establishing the anti-Japanese base area, The eighth Route Army has adapted the bandits, Huimen and you miscellaneous armed forces under the leadership of the old Kuomintang officers in southern Hebei to implement a dual policy of striving for and armed settlement, and at the same time flexibly applying these policies in different areas and in different periods of the War of Resistance against Japan. Either in association with or in resolute struggle with the You-Miscellaneous Armed Forces, the phenomenon of "Commander Mao and bandits everywhere" in southern Hebei was quickly put to an end, and the situation in southern Hebei was stabilized. The eighth Route Army's military strength in southern Hebei has grown rapidly, winning weight for the later victory of the Chinese Communist Party in its struggle with the Kuomintang die-hards, the Japanese army and the puppet army.
