蒋经国主政赣南时期的青年培养工作研究

【摘要】：蒋经国自1939年6月走马上任江西省第四行政区行政督察专员始,便大刀阔斧地分“除旧”与“布新”两个阶段,大力开展新赣南建设运动,推行社会、经济与政治的改革。在这场时长六年的国民经济建设运动中,蒋经国对青年的重视贯彻始终。本文第一部分交代蒋经国主政赣南的历史背景,分析蒋经国担任第四行政区督察专员的原因。第二部分,分“初到赣南”,“三年计划”,“离职挂名”这三个阶段介绍青年培养工作的具体实践情况,并以此部分为经线。第三部分以苏联模式、三民主义、阳明心学这三个方面的工作指导理论为纬线,通过经、纬两条主线的详细论述,力图全面地展现蒋经国主政赣南时期青年培养工作的原貌。第四部分主要分析蒋经国重视青年培养工作的三大原因,总结出蒋经国重视这项工作实属形势所迫。在第五部分归纳青年培养工作的社会意义和存在问题。最后,在文章的结论部分点明虽然这项工作因历史的局限性存在着许多问题和不足,但它的正面意义远大于负面意义,蒋经国是以“去党去私”、“我为人人”的政治新理念来开展青年培养工作,他的根本目的是要通过这项工作来更好地推行改革,最终建立一个赣南新社会和一个新型执政党。
[Abstract]:Since Jiang Jingguo took up his post as Commissioner of Administrative Supervision of the fourth Administrative region of Jiangxi Province in June 1939, he has vigorously divided the two stages of "removing old" and "new" into two stages, and vigorously carried out the construction movement in the south of Jiangxi Province and promoted the society. Economic and political reform. In this six-year national economic construction movement, Jiang Jingguo attached great importance to youth. The first part of this article gives an account of the historical background of Jiang Jingguo's administration in Gannan, and analyzes the reasons why Jiang Jingguo served as the Inspector Commissioner of the fourth Administrative region. The second part, The three stages of "early arrival in Gannan", "three-year plan" and "leaving office to register their names" introduce the specific practice of youth training, and use this part as a line of practice. The third part is based on the Soviet model and the three people's principles. Yangming's theory of guiding the work in these three aspects is the weft, which is discussed in detail by the two main lines of longitude and weft.
