【摘要】：军官训练团是蒋介石创办的训练军官的组织,其模式是随着蒋介石举办军官训练团而发展成熟起来,且自始至终渗透着蒋介石的治军思想。本文从蒋介石举办的军官训练团出发,探讨军官训练团模式的特点,并对这种军官训练团模式进行深入剖析。绪论部分主要介绍了当前学术界对蒋介石及其军官训练团的研究现状,对学术界的相关研究成果进行了简单的归纳和总结,说明文章的内容和研究方法,同时对相关的史料进行介绍。正文部分共分为四章：第一章首先介绍了蒋介石主持的军官训练团的概况,主要包括庐山训练团、峨眉训练团、庐山暑期训练团、中央训练团。第二章具体讨论蒋介石军官训练团模式,介绍了军官训练团的组织结构、教员、学员、训练内容。第三章着重探讨了蒋介石对军官训练团的掌控,主要表现在主持各种活动,任命重要官职及其灌输蒋氏重要思想。第四章是笔者对蒋介石军官训练团模式的剖析,重点阐述的是蒋介石军官训练团的来源及其影响和评价。
[Abstract]:The officer training regiment is an organization established by Jiang Jieshi to train officers. Its model is to develop and mature with the organization of an officer training regiment by Jiang Jieshi. Jiang Jieshi's thought of managing the army has permeated from beginning to end. This paper discusses the characteristics of the model of officer training regiment from the perspective of the officer training regiment organized by Jiang Jieshi, and makes a deep analysis of this kind of military officer training regiment model. The introduction part mainly introduces the current research situation of Jiang Jieshi and his officers training Corps, summarizes the related research results, explains the content and research methods of the article. At the same time, the related historical materials are introduced. The text is divided into four chapters:. The first chapter introduces the general situation of the officer training regiment chaired by Jiang Jieshi, including the Lushan training Group, the Emei training Group, the Lushan Summer training Group and the Central training Group. The second chapter discusses the model of Jiang Jieshi officer training regiment, and introduces the organizational structure, teacher, cadet and training content of officer training regiment. The third chapter focuses on Jiang Jieshi's control of officer training regiment, mainly in hosting various activities, appointing important official posts and inculcating Chiang's important thoughts. In the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the pattern of Jiang Jieshi's officer training regiment, focusing on the origin, influence and evaluation of Jiang Jieshi military training regiment.
