清末民初奉天地区社会教育研究

【摘要】:清末,为提高民智,各地相继掀起筹办社会教育的热潮,奉天地区的社会教育也籍此初步发展。民国初年,奉天地区建立了社会教育管理机构,负责办理社会教育相关事宜。奉天地区还积极开展社会教育活动,包括学校式和社会式社会教育两个方面。社会教育活动主要集中在县城,同时也辐射到了一些农村地区。社会教育所涉地域广泛,内容丰富,形式多样,方法灵活,弥补了学校教育的不足。社会教育在奉天的开展,提高了劳动者的素质,改良了社会风气,同时在一定程度上促进了三民主义的传播。总之,清末民初奉天地区的社会教育取得了一定的成绩,但是在其发展过程中又不可避免地具有一定的局限性。本文由引言、正文和结语三个部分组成。引言主要对选题背景及意义等进行介绍,结语是对全文的总结,正文则是本文的主体,包括三部分内容:第一部分,主要分析了社会教育在奉天地区开展的背景。政治方面,清末民初的教育变革,尤其是科举制度的废除和新学制的确立,为社会教育的开展奠定了政治基础,同时中央和地方官员对社会教育的支持在很大程度上促进了社会教育的开展。经济方面,经济的发展为社会教育的经费提高了保障,同时也对传统劳动力提出了更高的要求。文化方面,“教育救国”思想的传播刺激了社会教育的持续开展。而奉天地区不良的社会风气,阻碍了社会发展,急需改善。因此,在政治、经济、文化等条件下,奉天地区的社会教育逐渐开展起来。第二部分,主要梳理了清末民初奉天地区社会教育的发展概况。清末奉天地区设立了管理社会教育事宜的机构。多种形式的社会教育事业逐渐展开,学校式社会教育方面包括:简易识字学塾、半日学堂、补习学校、平民识字学校、平民识字夜校等;社会式社会教育方面包括图书馆、博物馆、报刊、宣讲活动、改良戏曲与说书馆、公园及一些慈善机构等形式。第三部分,主要探讨了清末民初奉天地区社会教育的发展特点及影响。奉天地区的社会教育在教育内容、教育形式、教育方式方法等方面呈现出了一些突出特点。并在一定程度上影响了奉天地区政治、经济、文化的发展。但我们需要认清社会教育在奉天并没有得到充足的发展,具有一定的局限性。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty, in order to improve the intelligence of the people, the social education in Fengtian area also developed.In the early years of the Republic of China, Fengtian District established a social education management agency responsible for social education related matters.Fengtian area also actively carried out social education activities, including school-style and social-type social education two aspects.Social education activities mainly concentrated in the county, but also radiation to some rural areas.Social education involves a wide range of areas, rich content, various forms, flexible methods, to make up for the lack of school education.The development of social education in Fengtian has improved the quality of laborers, improved social atmosphere, and promoted the spread of the three people's principles to a certain extent.In a word, the social education in Fengtian area in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China made some achievements, but it inevitably had some limitations in its development.This paper consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the conclusion is a summary of the full text, the text is the main body of this paper, including three parts: the first part, mainly analyzes the background of social education in Fengtian region.In politics, the educational reform in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, especially the abolition of the imperial examination system and the establishment of the new school system, laid a political foundation for the development of social education.At the same time, the support of central and local officials to social education to a large extent promoted the development of social education.In the aspect of economy, the development of economy increases the funds of social education, and puts forward higher requirements for traditional labor force at the same time.In terms of culture, the spread of the idea of "education to save the nation" stimulates the continuous development of social education.The bad social atmosphere in Fengtian area has hindered social development and is in urgent need of improvement.Therefore, under the conditions of politics, economy and culture, the social education in Fengtian area gradually developed.The second part mainly combs the development of social education in Fengtian area in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.At the end of Qing Dynasty, Fengtian region set up an organization to manage social education.A variety of forms of social education have been gradually developed, including simple literacy schools, half-day schools, tutorial schools, civilian literacy schools, night schools for the civilian population, and libraries in the form of school-based social education, such as: simple literacy schools, half-day schools, tutorial schools, civilian literacy schools, night schools for the civilian population and so on.Museums, newspapers, preaching activities, improved opera and book parlors, parks, and some charities.The third part mainly discusses the development characteristics and influence of social education in Fengtian area in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.The social education in Fengtian area shows some outstanding characteristics in the aspects of educational content, educational form, educational method and so on.And to a certain extent affected the political, economic and cultural development of the Fengtian region.However, we need to recognize that social education in Fengtian has not been fully developed and has certain limitations.
