羌帖衰亡和哈大洋票的发行与流通

【摘要】：羌帖是近代以来我国人民对侵入我国东北和西北地区的沙俄卢布的俗称。19世纪60年代,羌帖开始侵入黑龙江地区,随着1897年华俄道胜银行分行在哈尔滨的建立和中东铁路的开工建设,羌帖开始大量流入,1903年通车后的中东铁路强行推广羌帖,羌帖成为以哈尔滨为中心的黑龙江地区的主要货币,并曾一度扩展至整个东北。一战爆发后,沙俄宣布羌帖停止兑现,羌帖开始逐渐贬值,1917年十月革命后羌帖贬值更甚,直至1920年变成废纸,这对我国东北商民造成极大伤害,加上日本金票等外币乘虚而入,我国东北当局为消除外币之害和维护利权而发行国币券哈尔滨大洋票。哈大洋票由于信用昭著而流通日广,逐渐成为当地使用的主要货币,并先后由交通银行、中国银行、东三省银行、黑龙江广信公司、边业银行、吉林永衡官银钱号六家行号发行,但各行号发行并无限制致使哈大洋票逐渐衰落。直至九一八事变后,日本建立伪满洲中央银行收回哈大洋票,哈大洋票即就停止流通。本文以羌帖和哈大洋票两种货币的兴衰为研究主线,旨在探讨羌帖作为一种外币在衰亡过程中对我国东北经济和商民造成的巨大伤害,成为促使国币券哈大洋票产生的重要推动力。羌帖和哈大洋票作为清末民初哈尔滨地区最主要的两种货币,将两种货币衔接起来进行整体性的研究,以期对该时期哈尔滨地区的货币流通演变进行全面的、系统的、清晰的研究。本文共分为三大部分。第一部分是羌帖的衰亡,主要介绍羌帖的衰亡的过程。第二部分是哈大洋票的孕育与发行,主要介绍羌帖跌落的危害、日币的乘虚而入以及奉天当局推行以大洋为本位的货币等因素促使哈大洋票的诞生。第三部分是哈大洋票的流通与衰落,主要介绍哈大洋票与外币的斗争、哈大洋票衰落的原因以及哈大洋票流通的结束。
[Abstract]:Qiang tie is a popular name of the Russian ruble invading the northeast and northwest regions of China since modern times. In the 1860s, Qiang tie began to invade the Heilongjiang region.With the establishment of the bank branch in Harbin and the construction of the Middle East Railway in 1897, Qiang tie began to flow in in large numbers, and the Middle East Railway opened in 1903 and forced the promotion of Qiang tie.Qiangde became a major currency in the Harbin-centered Heilongjiang region and was once extended throughout the Northeast.After the outbreak of World War I, Russia announced that Qiang posts had ceased to be cashed in, and Qiang posts began to depreciate gradually. After the October Revolution of 1917, Qiang posts depreciated even more, until 1920, when they became waste paper. This caused great harm to the people of northeast China's merchants, plus Japanese gold tickets and other foreign currencies took advantage of the false entry.In order to eliminate the harm of foreign currency and safeguard the right of interest, the northeast authorities of our country issue national currency coupons, Harbin Ocean tickets.The circulation of Harbin Ocean tickets has become increasingly popular because of its clear credit, and has gradually become the main currency used locally. It has been successively used by Bank of Communications, Bank of China, Dongsan Bank, Heilongjiang Guangxin Company and Border Industry Bank.Jilin Yongheng official silver money number of six companies issued, but no restrictions on the issue of Harbin Ocean ticket gradually decline.Until after the September 18 incident, Japan set up a pseudo Manchuria Central Bank to recover the Harbin Ocean tickets, the Harbin Ocean tickets were closed.This paper focuses on the rise and fall of Qiang tie and Ha Yang Pao as the main line of study. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the great harm to the economy and business people of Northeast China caused by Qiang tie as a foreign currency in the process of decline and fall.To become an important driving force to promote the national currency bill ha Ocean ticket.As the two most important currencies in Harbin during the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, Qiang tie and Haodangpiao were joined together for a holistic study in order to carry out a comprehensive and systematic study of the currency circulation evolution in Harbin during that period.A clear study.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the decline of Qiang posts, mainly introduces the process of the decline of Qiang posts.The second part is the inoculation and issue of Harbin Ocean ticket, which mainly introduces the harm of the fall of Qiang tie, the false entry of Japanese currency and the introduction of currency based on the ocean by Fengtian authorities, and so on.The third part is the circulation and decline of the Harbin Ocean ticket, mainly introduces the struggle between the Harbin Ocean ticket and the foreign currency, the reason of the decline of the Harbin Ocean ticket and the end of the Harbin Ocean ticket circulation.
